We were given a room with no working A.C. ....the solution was to provide us with fans. Fast forward, because the hotel was booked through Expedia, no discount or refund was provided. The hotel says Expedia has to provide the refund, Expedia says the Hotel has to provide the refund. Rinse, repeat x10.... 5 hours on the phone... no solution... no communication. As long as everything goes ok, everything is fine. But as soon as you have a problem, no bueno. Not only this, the Asian woman at the front desk was absolutely rude and disrespectful. She shouldn't be in her position dealing with people. Take your money elsewhere.

The bathroom was moldy and smelled terrible. The walls are thin — you can hear everything from other rooms. When I asked for help, nobody cared. They don’t allow cancellations or refunds, even when the conditions are awful. It’s a total scam and a waste of money. Never again!

I even asked the cleaning staff to spray disinfectant, but the smell remained. By the time I killed the third roach—two on the bed and one on the wall near it—I went to the front desk to request a room change. The employee told me there was nothing they could do until morning because they were sold out. I ended up staying awake all night because I couldn’t bring myself to lie in that bed. The large, hotel-provided shampoo bottles were completely empty, despite the cleaning staff visiting my room twice. The carpet was stained, and there were small bits of debris on the floor that clearly weren’t mine, because when I first arrived, they were already there. There was also a wad of hair around the nightstand and caked dust behind it. If cleaning behind the furniture isn’t an option, they should at least invest in pieces without open gaps that collect filth. It’s obvious this property does not take pride in cleanliness or guest comfort.
