  Literally became my home after my house in Destin was destroyed by fire.Had to wait for 6months to get it rebuild and then my insurer helped me booking this place.Was a pretty good experience and was able to get by with me and my son before my house was renovated .Such a pretty good place to stay with an amazing hotel staff that was very friendly and helpful.They will always help you out with any questions you have and little issues you’re having.But overall my 11 yr old son loves the place.It’s pretty much clean ,they always clean the room whenever you have them come to clean it.It’s very convenient too to all the places you would like to go and see.Right next to the Destin Track,right across is the Public beach access,with an amazing outdoor pool and cozy jacuzzi with kids swimming area as well.Breakfast is good with some good choices as well.

  Please avoid this hotel!! The room they gave me was very dirty then they changed me to another room which was a bit better but not as I was in expected from a hotel which has very good reviews in Booking and Expedia. Breakfast was awful!!!! The worse experience ever, tables dirty couldn’t find a clean table to seat, the kitchen staff where eating croissants instead of replacing the bacon and other food that were finished but for them was more important to finish what they were eating before serving the customers! From desk are professional but the kitchen staff ladies not at all! I hated this place and I won’t recommend it to anyone else. I uploaded two pictures of how I received the room on top of that the microwave was also dirty with tomatoes sauce stained and also pillows and sofa very dirty.

  Our family reserved a room Saturday afternoon, December 26, 2025 for one night. Upon arriving, the gentleman working the 26th advised us that our room was not available due to electrical issues. We reserved a room for 6 people that included 2 double beds and a pull out to accommodate our family. The gentleman working the front desk did offer one king bed for my family of 6 that would not fit us. I do think he should have offered us something better in return since this wasn’t our issue or fault. I understand issues occur out of anyone’s control, however, customer service is very important. We should have been offered a better accommodation for our family. We also let the gentleman know that we had been driving 6 hours from Orlando and we were very tired, we arrived around 8pm but he didn’t say much and just told us we could check out the sister hotel across the street. Please inform the staff how to accommodate guests better for future reference and I look forward to hearing back. I appreciate it, thank you.

  The staff there was extremely rude and incompetent. They printed us out a bill that would be due the next day so we go to pay the bill and get another night and the manager proceeds to come out and let us know there is another 140 dollars that wasn't on the bill we were given that we owe and then continued to threaten my friend with cops if we didn't haven't paid in a short amount or time the most ridiculous thing I ever have dealt with so I ask her how long we had tonpay she said till 2 I said OK go to the room and not even 5 min later a cop was knocking on our door this manager was a complete stuck up Karen on steroids and the front desk lady either was high or had no proper training on doing her job because she was cometley wrong and misleading in what we were being charges ridiculous

  As a previous Hilton brand employee I can say these folks got it locked in!! The breakfast lady is beautiful ( in sight AND MORE IMPORTANTLY SERVICE!!) her service is totally top tier!! If i remember correctly her name is Sheilla is her name. . ...hold this woman TIGHT!! Jaquita at the housekeeping teir needs major flowers! So kind and thoughtfully thorough!!! (sakpasse) Davererne (front office manager/ AGM) is super stellar also! She stands for her people and handles business to the fullest extent! These women have made my stay exceptional single handedly in their own respectful lane!
