Very disappointing stay. I booked this motel for 6 days and had a bad experience overall. Breakfast was poorly managed—refills were not done, and when asked, the staff said there was no more food available. Housekeeping was not done for 3 days, and when we followed up, we were told that checkout rooms are their first priority, which is unacceptable for long-stay guests. On top of that, the front desk staff were arrogant and unhelpful instead of addressing concerns professionally. Due to poor service, lack of cleanliness, and rude responses, I would not recommend this motel to anyone.

THEY WILL NOT MAINTAIN STANDARDS!!!!!
1. Housekeeping Failures
Despite the brochure they provided explicitly stating that rooms would be cleaned every two days, our room was cleaned just once during our entire six-night stay. For a honeymoon trip, having to manage a dirty room for a week was unacceptable and removed the sense of relaxation we paid for.
2. Breakfast Inconsistency
While breakfast was excellent on our check-in and check-out days (Dec 25 and 31), the service was severely lacking on the days in between. There were mornings where only plain bread was available—not even jelly. When I asked the front desk, I was told, "The truck didn't arrive, so we can't serve varieties." While I understand logistical challenges occur, guests paying full price should not have to suffer the consequences of operational failures.
OVERALL: No value for the money I paid for!!!!!

The location is fantastic. The rooms are super spacious , comfy beds, well maintained and lots of space to keep your stuff. The only problem was the breakfast. We were there for 3 days. Every single day they ran out of everything by 8.30-9 am. Not sure if it was a specific delivery issue during the holiday time but it was quite annoying. The pool and the gym was quite nice.

1st hotel review ever. Stay 70-110 nights in hotels each year.
Worst service of my 64 nights in 2025. Front desk staff does not care about guest experience. Would confirm rooms would be serviced to come home to no service 3 of 4 nights. Rooms stocked with 3 large towels, 1 medium and 2 washcloths. Carpets dirty. Will not allow 0 for service.
Rooms large. Old feel.
Location is in middle of everything Destin.
Price cheap.
Maybe I got what I paid for.
Stay in other inexpensive properties in Destin instead.

We stayed for 3 nights with family on 3rd floor in a specious room with a smal kitchen and big refrigerator and oven.
Rooms are clean, coffee available all the time in brekfast area.
Breakfast was good, just hard for them to keep up with the crowd.
Liked the location. 10 to 15 minutes from all good places. 5 minutes walk to the best beach. Plenty of parking.
