- RPRenee Pineda6 days ago5.0I have stayed at many Hiltons all around the states & this location is truly peaceful, accommodating, fun & relaxing all at the same time. Beautiful view! Awesome customer service from all the ladies at the front desk. I love how they are informative on restaurants, events, & activities they have to offer at the resort or off site. (Maps & restaurant list included) I will certainly come back soon! My son absolutely loves the pools/hot tubs, movie room & game room on site! The coffee I have to add is tasty premium coffee. No jitters. We were able to watch a movie chosen from many options in the room as well off the Blu-ray which was very nice. Love this place! For all you bbq lovers!!! (Myself included) they have a few bbq pits (near pool) to grill your own food!
- KSKyunne Starfield6 days ago1.0Rooms ate not thoroughly cleaned so it was really disappointing considering that this is a Hilton Hotel. When we first arrived, there were crumbs in the floor and a dead cockroach but I did not mind it since I was excited for our stay. I thought they will clean it later anyway. However, In a week of stay they only cleaned one time and they did not even clean well! On day of cleaning, I put away all of our stuff from the counter tops, bathroom and tables so that it will be easier to wipe and cleaned. However when we came back, it looked exactly the same! Aside from the bedsheets being changed, the crumbs and dead cockroach was still there, there were still hair in the bathroom, the floor is still dirty, and countertops still dusty and the table stain was still there!! We even put a $5 tip for cleaning which wasn’t much but it since we had high expectations for a Hilton, it was really disappointing. I hope next time someone checks the rooms if it was thoroughly cleaned so people can have fun during their stay.
