One of my favorite hotels! The room was big and spacious, and the hotel as a whole looks amazing. The food service (The calypso cafe) and breakfast is a must and it is very close to the beach. I’ve booked here twice and have never regretted it!

This resort is very nice on the inside. The carpet could use cleaning or replacing in front of the elevators. The carpet is very dirty and worn out. Upon arrival the reception area was very clean and nice. The clerk (Trish)was professional and helpful. The rooms were very nice. Only exception is the bathroom door. There’s extreme rust around the bottom frames. When we called for service because the sink in the vanity was clogged, the toilet seat was about ready to fall off, maintenance arrived quickly and took care of it. Also, our hairdryer did not work and I was told to deliver it to the front desk. I received a new one in approximately five minutes delivered to my room. The private beach and entryway is very convenient.

Seriously where u want me to start. They gave our prepaid and checked in room away before we got there. Said we didn't know you were coming...hello we paid and checked in ahead of time! So our 4th floor room was given away along with a welcome package. We got stuck on the 1st floor it was so loud I wish we got our money back and just slept in the car. The older lady in the morning she was super nice and the only reason this place didn't get 1 star her and the bartender Nicolas make the whole place a better stay. The breakfast, only thing good is the biscuits and gravy the powdered eggs are ok everything else gross. The private beach is nice but its not private its shared with a condo site and others so stop the lie plus the gate is never locked like they say it is. The whirlpool is so slimy once you get in your coated with film and it smells like a wet dog. Didnt bother getting into the pool. The workout room was disgusting and clothes everywhere like a free for all went down in there. You want ice you better be prepared to pay its not free. The floors in the room are so dirty keep your shoes on and take a towel to bed cause you will need to clean your feet before getting into bed. Im sure the beds were gross also but the drinks at the bar made you forget how bad the run down motel 8 actually is....oh sorry embassy suites. Parking is a joke a serious joke and if u have to park in the back your walking all the way back up front to get in. That's right no rear entrance. Find another place to stay this isnt the one.

What an awesome weekend experience! Joie and Brandee were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond from start to finish with planning and catering. The staff at the front desk all weekend were unmatched. The catering staff were wonderful. This was the best customer service I have ever experienced while lodging at a hotel. We will be booking again very soon. Thank you for positively unforgettable stay!

The breakfast buffet and made-to-order omelettes are delicious! Everyone on staff is friendly and helpful. The entire place is immaculate. The rooms are set up efficiently, and the beds are comfortable. I like that there's a door between the sitting room and the bedroom, so whoever is in one room won't disturb whoever is in the other. I also like that there's a sink in the bedroom so that one person can wash her face and brush her teeth while someone else is in the restroom. Many of the rooms have beach views even though the hotel is not on the waterfront. The location is great, too, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and state parks.
