These ladies were so kind and attentive to our needs. They were very easy to work with and surpassed my expectations. I’d definitely recommend this hotel just for the staff alone. I was treated with respect, value and compassion. It was easy, seamless, fast and thorough. Then, every single interaction I had with every hotel staff in Deland, I received the very same treatment. Absolutely superb! I greatly appreciate everyone making my life a little easier during a very stressful time! I have nothing but great things to say about each and every one there! AND the breakfast was on point every single time!! Thank you all!

When we came here the A/C wasn’t working in the hallways from the 2nd through 5th floor. Which isn’t a big deal since the rooms have A/C’s. Our rooms A/C wasn’t working when we got settled in. The receptionist helped us out and moved us to another room. It wasn’t the same double queen bed, but it wasn’t a big deal we can make do. Then the shower only gave out hot water!! We made it work since we’re only here one night. Then the water wouldn’t turn off. All of us rotated through and then spoke to the receptionist. She was very kind and helpful even offered to assist us in turning it off. We somehow managed to turn it off. This place isn’t bad just a few hiccups in maintenance that need to be fixed.
