The conditioner bottle was empty, the toilet bowl had a mold ring inside of it. We requested this location for the hot tub but they told us it was out of order so we did not even get to use the hot tub. The smell of marijuana leaked through out the whole hotel. They charged my card 150$ because there was makeup on the towels from my daughter’s cheer makeup. A washer and dryer would get the makeup out of the towels and when I called regarding this Corey Morrison the assistant manager was very unprofessional about it. He did not care to hear anything I had to say. I am a single mother of 3 and they charged my card 150$ for MAKEUP on towels. I will never stay here again. Jen the manager also very unprofessional hung up on me many times. Jen and other employees Smoking cigarettes out front around my children during our stay also. This place was terrible!
