I wish I could give this hotel a higher rating, but we went in January 2026 and it needed some remodeling! The parking was very limited due to sink holes in the ocean-side parking lot. Overflow parking was across the street and we had to play Frogger to get across. Due to this, the beach access was not available. The pool was under renovations and that's where the beach access is. They should consider another access point at this location, not two doors down. The staff wasn't the friendliest. They were nice, but they seemed like the guests were bothering them. There was one guy at the night time who was more accommodating than the rest. We didn't ask for an upgrade or request a specific room. We actually booked a room with a partial view of the ocean and we ended up getting a full view. That was the best thing about this hotel! The bathroom shower pressure wasn't the best - you'll stay in longer to rinse off. The shelves were broken and the toiletries weren't filled up enough. Bed was comfy. LG TV with limited channels. Balcony is not the cleanest, but was still nice to sit outside during this time of year. Waffle maker was brokena nd breakfast was limited to raisin bagels, very salty omlets, cereal, juices, and some toast. They didn't have dark roast coffee at all, flavored creamers, or sugar when we stayed. This hotel is not up to Hilton standards, but I would be willing to try again if I get the ocean view room and bring the waffle maker back.

I’ve had worse. The room was perfectly clean and the view was incredible. The staff is quick to move on to the next guest. We were warned about the pool before coming, but we’re not warned about the sea wall issue which hurt the already tight parking. One night had to park across the street and play Frogger the next morning to get to the car. The beach access is also closed due to sea wall issues and you have to walk up the street with all your stuff. On top of that, the breakfast was not to Hampton standards. The waffle maker is out till further notice, there were zero plastic knives on site, and zero meats for breakfast. It was biscuits and really salty omelets. Though our experience wasn’t the 4 star hotel we are used to for Hampton, I would still come back for the view

If I could give zero I would. Worst hotel experience ever. Started by walking in and seeing the pool was closed with no mention upon booking through the app, if we would have known we would have booked else where. Then the room was disgusting with blood splatters on walls and dirt throughout. Toilet did not flush properly, holder falling off the wall, microwave wobbly, sink not draining without pulling out stopper. Breakfast items were empty or gone many days. Gas smell throughout the whole place which is a safety hazard. And to top it off our truck got hit in parking lot and it’s one of the only hotels without cameras to rectify this situation.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location—it’s right on the beach. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The hotel smells, is dirty, and customer service is practically nonexistent. When staff do show up, they have an attitude and are unwilling to help—nothing like the service we’ve experienced at other Hilton brands. Our room was clearly not well maintained. The sliding door had been broken for who knows how long, and staff hesitated to fix it (they eventually did). They refused to assist us with changing rooms. The bathroom wall was dirty, towel racks were rusted, the balcony curtain was filthy, and there was a pill left on the floor, which tells me the room wasn’t properly vacuumed or cleaned before we arrived. Breakfast was another disappointment. We went down around 7:00 AM and there were no eggs and barely anything available—nothing close to what you’d expect. To make matters worse, there is no access to the pool or the beach due to construction, which we were not informed about prior to booking. That alone should have been disclosed. I could go on and on, but bottom line: don’t waste your time or money here. The location can’t make up for the lack of cleanliness, service, and transparency.

We had a very disappointing stay. Despite arriving in the area early and checking in with the hotel around 1:00 PM, our room was not ready until after 6:00 PM, which was extremely inconvenient especially while traveling with teens and younger children. We specifically requested rooms together or at least on the same floor, and this was not honored, creating unnecessary stress for our family. The lobby had a strong, unpleasant odor, and unfortunately the rooms were outdated and also smelled bad. The air conditioner was extremely noisy, and the refrigerator barely kept items cool. While the site clearly stated that beach access was unavailable, it did not disclose that the pool was also closed, which was disappointing and significantly impacted our stay particularly since this was a family trip. Breakfast options were very limited, and when we asked the front desk for plates and forks, we were initially refused. It took three separate requests before we were finally given basic utensils. To make matters worse, the second-shift front desk staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, which only added to the overall negative experience. Overall, this hotel did not meet basic expectations for cleanliness, amenities, or customer service. We would not stay here again and would not recommend it, especially for families.
