Service was great as well. Only complaint is the doors to the rooms. Doesn't appear they remodeled those as they are all scratched up and super loud so it gives off a highrise apartment feel. Other than that, great place to stay and will be back for our next cruise.

I always enjoy such a wonderful, warm, welcome and great hospitality, From everyone working at this property! Kayla Natalia Ashley and Entire staff really goes above and beyond for the guess! The rooms are clean and spacious! It’s not far from The beach, but also a wonderful shopping area and restaurants directly surrounding the hotel, which makes it a convenient Location! - NDNoel DejesusNov 2, 20251.0Had to book a room for a night and decided to stay with what I think is a great branded hotel name. The lobby was very clean and brightly lit. Customer service was very good as I would expect from a Hilton hotel. Initially, the room looked very nice and being on the 6th floor it provided a nice view of the immediate area. As soon as it was dark outside, it all went bad at that time. Had the lights off and as soon as I turned on the lights, I found myself having to smash roaches crawling around the room and on the walls. The bathroom had roaches crawling around as well. It's unfortunate to report this but I even had one in the folded towel that I was going to use. I ended up checking my bags to make sure I didn't end up with a stow-away roach. With that said, the hotel is truly in a good location. Plenty of things to do in the area. Otherwise, be aware of the roach issue if you are planning to stay here.
- LLLOct 31, 20251.0Where do I start… The hotel is filthy. Chipped paint, dirty elevators, hair in our bed that was NOT mine. I think the nicest area is the LOBBY. Beware of this Hotel. Our toilet got clogged and we had NO hot water. We even wore sandals in the shower because the shower was dirty and nasty. The manager changed our room. We went down to the front desk where the manager is nice but never called us to our new room like she said she would to follow up. Our new room’s toilet got clogged after my husband used it once, we went down to the desk again and the manager acted like she didn’t even know who we were. We cannot wait to check out and get on our cruise ship. We will not return to this hotel for our future cruise plans or recommend it to anyone.
