  I’ve never had a bad experience at a Hilton Garden until now. The room was comped but this was a subpar experience. Upon arrival at 3pm, our room was not ready. Checked in at 8:30pm, our room booked for four people had two wash clothes and three towels. I attempted to call guest services but the phone in the room did not work. Returning to the room, I noticed that we did not have soap for shower. House keeping brought soap to the room after another visit to the front desk. I then showed the housekeeper that our ac unit was completely dead. No response. Got a shower and found our bathroom floor to be flooded with water. At 11:30 pm, someone pounded on our door, swiped a key card and tried to access our room without giving time to answer, even though we were all asleep, but was stopped by the security lock.

  El servicio de restaurante muy bueno. Pero la habitacion 409 tenía cucarachas, olia extraño ,no había agua caliente,la cortina eléctrica estaba dañada,el aseo muy regular. Lo peor era que se reportaban las cosas y no hacían nada..por gracia solo pase dos noches allí. Tenía reserva para volver y la cancele. Quede sorprendería porque con Hilton siempre me fue bien hasta ahora.

  I was stuck on a laover on my way to Orlando and met this amazing charming staff, between Beverly behind the bar AND THE AMAZING MARSHAL behind the front desk. They not only made me feel welcome but made my experience whole. This is the experience id expect. Blown away with love.

  We stayed for 3 nights. The biggest plus was the friendly staff. Juan at the breakfast area was great along with the front desk staff. The biggest downer was the half done renovations. The entrance was nice but that was about it. The elevators had a bad smell to them from the flooring. Our room had up to date furniture but the bathroom door did not shut and the lock didn't work. The shower floor was dirty and needed a major facelift as the shower ceiling paint was coming off. Overall the room and beds were ok but the bathroom needed refreshing. Day 2 I had to wait almost 5 minutes for hot water to come through. The plumbing definitely had some issues as it made loud noises when we used the bathroom sink. The crews were constantly working on the sewers in the parking lot. When we sat in the outdoor patio for a coffee it smelled like we were sitting in a public washroom, NOT pleasant! It's close to many stores and restaurants and major highways which was a plus. For one night it's doable but we would not recommend.

  We stayed here for a few days after a cruise this past week. We had 12 people in 4 different rooms, and the front desk was very accommodating to get us as close together as possible. The room was fairly clean, however the floors were pretty dirty. We chose to wear our shoes the whole time. Breakfast was only included for some of us (must've been the way we selected the rooms), and it wasn't very good. The pool was really nice and we enjoyed walking around the various strip malls and shops surrounding the hotel.
