- MDMatt DoCampo2 days ago2.0Great location but that’s about it. Really feels like no one is managing this hotel and just letting it operate. It took 3 phone calls to the shuttle service and front desk to get picked up at the airport. They had us standing out in the sun waiting for a van that was supposed to arrive in 25 minutes but took almost an hour. If you’re crew using this to commute, beware. Floors in the room were dirty. My socks were gross from walking around it. One other oddity, the ice machine is located in the fitness center. But they don’t have ice buckets so I had to fill up multiple the cups and carry them back to the room.

And they let us check in early which was great from a long day travels. Absolutely recommend this hotel for pre cruise stay. Breakfast was good too. Lots of options and family friendly. Lounge is huge, plenty to sit and they let us relax until we had to leave for the cruise. They have 24/7 coffee / hot chocolate which is a huge plus .

I reported it immediately and later returned in person, yet the hotel claimed nothing was found. For a Hilton property, this is unacceptable. A guest’s personal item does not simply disappear. This raises serious concerns about room security, staff accountability, and whether Hilton brand standards are being followed. I do not trust this location and would advise future guests to be cautious.

Check on was great no problems, room was ready and clean with a mini fridge. Walking distance to restaurants. I enjoyed my stay and would return.
- DCDiana ChabotDec 26, 20251.0Just checked in last night. Not what I would expect from Hilton. Floor needs to be vaccumed, room is tiny, no closet, no ice, none of outlets in bathroom work, fridge is more of a cooler, very run down. ..... Staff is friendly but I won't be back
