  Everything about this hotel is nice…the service, the cleanliness, the location. I couldn’t give 5 stars, though, because of the overwhelming perfume smell of the reception/lobby/bar area. It is just too strong. Thankfully, the smell doesn’t follow to the rooms.

  This hotel has changed for the worse. It used to be an affordable place to jump off for an early flight or a cruise. While the location is convenient for both those, this stay was extremely loud and sleepless. I have stayed here many times in the past, at least 10 over nights this year. Now parking is no longer included and I was charged nearly double what I had in the past for the room. Bottom line, there are more cost effective Hilton properties now, like the newly renovated Hilton Garden Inn that are a more affordable option and is just as convenient.

  We needed a last minute hotel after missing a flight. I called before arriving to inquire about the price and confirm that the airport shuttle could be ordered outside of usual hours. The woman at the desk told me blatant lies in response to both questions. She told me The price she quoted included taxes and fees — a lie. She also told me that we could call the shuttle for 4:30 am — a lie. Furthermore, the rooms are adjoining and I could hear every word and action in the room next door. It’s also clear that they don’t change the sheets after every guest as I kept smelling a slight smell of urine while sleeping. Needless to say, I would never return and certainly won’t reccomend!

  I do not like to give reviews good or bad but this experience was different. The service at the hotel was outstanding except for two things. 1. I was with my two young kids under 5 years and was told I would have to pay $15 each for breakfast and my kids are picky eaters. I had to go across the street to get breakfast. 2. While the employees did a great job, I got the impression that they are walking on egg shells and working in hostility and are afraid to express their concerns. While I was in the lobby waiting for the shuttle, some guys were working in a room seems to be an office. They were speaking in Spanish and what they were saying about the manager was disheartening. Calling him/her a slave master and racist. I found that to be very concerning and inappropriate. However, Bianca at the front desk and Collin the shuttle driver were both very nice and wonderful to my kids. I loss my husband in an car accident and Collin words and council gave me hope and solitude. My daughter fell in love with him immediately calling him Mr. Shuttle guy. Collin made sure our luggages were brought to the counter inside the airport as he knew I would be struggling with my luggages and kids. He also, spoke with the people at Delta and we were granted free access to the Delta club where we had a fantastic time while waiting for our flight. I told him anytime he is in LA my doors are open. Thanks for such a wonderful experience and it is always good to go above and beyond for strangers. See you in January on another Disney cruise.

  So my husband and I came for the dolphins game last night. Wonderful lobby area. The bartender was very good with his long nice black hair. The shuttle driver Colin was at the airport in less that ten minutes Colin was well spoken, well read, and very personable with a wonderful attitude. Thanks for hiring such a wonderful guy. The room was filthy and needed proper cleaning. I spoke with the lady this morning and she was so understanding. However, it's clear, the staff members are micromanaged by the new manager according to the housekeeping lady. She started to cry and hugged her and offered her some words of advice. This creates toxicity and brings about some level of racism.
