  Huge shout out to the morning staff! Ivanna was a blessing after a very hectic early morning flight. Her welcome and strong problem solving skills made our stay! Hotel was pleasant, affordable and sufficient. Restaurants are somewhat walkable. Night staff was horrible, they have away my roll away although I booked for 7 in our suite, so i had to sleep on the floor!!! Ivanna apologetic and sincere demeanor once again made up for it in the morning.

  Typically, when I book on Hilton’s app, it will only select rooms that are suitable for our family of 5. We were given a room that only accommodates 4. I went back to the front desk and spoke with the young lady who blamed me for booking the wrong size room. I reminded her that when I book a room, it defaults to the rooms that are suitable for our family and that is out of my control. Her response was there’s nothing she can do because the hotel is fully booked. As a Gold Member, I am entitled to complimentary room upgrades. When we checked online, they had a room available that night that was advertised to accommodate 7 people. All she would do for us, after I pressed the issue, was offer a cot to be delivered. We’ll avoid this hotel in the future.

  Location is great!! Right by the airport minutes from the beach, minutes from Port Everglades and the Everglades 😂 Was able to ✔️ airboating through the swamp off my list. My only complaint was the couch. They definitely need to upgrade in that department. And maybe some more lighting at night for the back side of the parking lot

  Context: I'm a diamond member who travels frequently and typically stays in Hiltons. Location is good if you need to be close to airport or cruise port. Rooms and furniture throughout are very shabby, have not been updated in quite some time. Several exterior doors seem to stop working with your key. Pool doors locked us in the pool area bizarrely at 8 pm on a Sat (it's an internal courtyard, so peculiar that you get sort of "trapped" inside while using the amenities) seems like a safety/fire hazard. Not Hilton standard at all at this location. Would not recommend.

  If I could give this hotel a zero for guest services, I would. The first guest services agent didn't even look at us as he rudely said, "go over there" and gestured to the other agent. She was totally incompetent and gave very poor instructions when we asked about the park and stay we booked. We are Diamond members and stay at a lot of Hiltons and I truly believe this is the worst service I have ever received at any hotel, much less a Hilton. We were never recognized as Diamond members and really I think the agent could have cared less. This experience was so bad that I am writing this review from our room and am calling Hilton's home office from the ship first thing Monday morning.
