Asked for bug spray and they gave us Clorox wipes. We also had the bugs crawling on us. We should have just left but figured we wouldn’t get our money back. Woke up in the morning and turned the shower on. The water was scalding. The mixture needed to be fixed. Well, that didn’t happen as we needed to check out and get to our cruise without a shower. Asked for our money back…nope! Had another reservation for February and cancelled it. Just awful and of course, the manager was no where to be found.

- ABAndy BNov 2, 20254.0This is a very good hotel if you're in the area, just waiting for connecting flights a day or two in/out of FLL...If you want the beaches, go somewhere else...We arrived late from our flight due to a hurricane in late Oct. 2025, and they were very accommodating, and still had shuttle service around midnight.....Limited, but very good free breakfast buffet...Friendly staff, and enjoyed a very large and comfy suite....Going back in mid-November, and looking forward very much to our last night in Florida before heading out of FLL to go home. I think this expat found his go-to place (or another Homewood, if there is one in Orlando) when coming back to the States and heading elsewhere.
- SSS SchreibOct 26, 20254.0Nice rooms overall. Areas of repair and upgrading needed. Breakfast was ok pancakes horrible though. Must have been packaged and microwaved. Pool was pitted and stained but water seemed clean. There is a shadow across the pool showing the bottom bing pitted& stained the whole thing was like that. Some patio chairs had holes in the material on the seats. Beautiful patio area with nice grill. Fully stocked cooking supplies, full fridge full dishwasher, microwave and two burner counter stove. Overall nice hotel just needs some updates and repairs. We would stay again if in the area.
