- WBW BJan 1, 20263.0The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Aurcinditioner was awful. We were hot all night and I couldn’t sleep at all and my spouse hardly slept. We requested a fan and they never had one to loan us (I called the front desk and lady tried but apparently couldn't find a fan). The mattress is very firm. Some will like that. Pillows were way too soft so that added to the discomfort of the hot room that was showing 68 degrees still at 3 am. It finally dropped to 64 or so by sunrise. Unfortunately, had to check-out very early so couldn’t try sleep a bit before leaving. Breakfast looked ok but I didn’t notice any meat? I saw scrambled eggs and mostly carbs like bagels, breads, muffins, cereals. They had milk and yogurt as well. I saw pancake and/or waffle machine. I saw orange juice and coffee. There was more than I listed, probably? If you are diabetic or on low carb you may prefer to eat out somewhere. It was clean and a friendly staff member was around to assist. The location is good for some eco boat and manatee tours about 3 minutes drive away, which we went on. I believe there are lots of restaurants close by. Staff were all friendly.

It is rare to find a hotel that balances professional efficiency with such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Service: The staff truly distinguishes this location. They were incredibly attentive and went out of their way to make my children feel welcome. It’s clear the management takes great pride in their hospitality and location. Facilities: The entire property was spotless and well-maintained. The quiet setting provided a perfect environment for a restful night’s sleep before starting our vacation in Orlando. Amenities: As a parent, the 24-hour coffee station was a much-appreciated touch (and the coffee was actually very good). Breakfast: The breakfast was excellent. The "build-your-own" waffle bar complete with chocolate chips was a massive hit with the kids and made our morning routine seamless. This location has officially earned my repeat business. Whether you are passing through for a quick stay or visiting the area, I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, comfort, and family-friendly environment.
