    Let me just say the 3 stars are for my personal experience. The hotel is beautiful along with the rooms and quick access from I-10 and value make this place perfect for any traveler including ones with dogs. Now why I gave 3 stars. Around 8pm the people above us had children jumping and running around making it sound like a herd of elephants. I waited til 9pm to see if it would stop before complaining. If not for having 3 kids of my own including a toddler I wouldn't be so enraged. The front desk said there wasn't much they could do. They would call the room and ask them to stop and if they didn't they offered to move us. This is unacceptable - why is the only option to move the family with kids being inconvenienced rather than the family not maintaining their children?

    We were traveling with our cat. There was a pet fee which wasn't terrible. Nice clean room and breakfast. We hope to come back on our return trip. Highly recommend.

    Really nice and brand new! Staff is great and the room was clean and comfortable. This will be our half way stop to Winter Park on a continual basis in the future!

    This is a great place right off interstate without the noise. Everything is exceptionally clean and well maintained. Clean rooms, superb amenities and the best breakfast we have had in a while. The service just made even better;especially traveling with 3 kids. Monica was so kind and Andrew was an absolute doll. We will definitely use this property whenever we can.

    Most miserable stay ever!! Still trying to figure out how a brand new hotel has roaches. Had to change rooms 3xs. It was my birthday trip and they made it so miserable. I was scared to sleep because I was unsure if a roach was going to fall off the ceiling. Been in contact with the property manager and claimed they would refund me a portion and still never did that. It’s been 3 months and I never seen anything!
