    Clean, a little outdated, plugs by bed didn’t work, but friendly staff. Only needed it for the night though and would stay again when passing through.

    My wife and I come to this are often to relax and get away. We had been staying at another Hilton property close to the Hampton Inn, after several stays we noticed the property going down with each stay. So we decided to stay at the Hampton Inn Crestview, what a good choice from the time we checked in the quality or service and professionalism has been Top Notch. The property is cleaned, the rooms are clean and they had the correct amount of towels. As a Diamond this is what you expect and deserve to receive from Hilton. Whatever they are doing at this location should be a model for all Hilton properties because they have mastered customer service.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️..

    Timi at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable! We were traveling with our toddler, and our dog, and she made sure we had everything we needed. Very clean room, as well!

    The staff here are super friendly! From check in to check out, they addressed everyone who walked by with a smile. The breakfast attendant was the nicest we've encountered in many past stays in other hotels. The rooms were very clean and the building very well maintained. I wish all Hampton properties were like this one!
