    I stay at Hampton Inn locations frequently, but this Miami hotel had the worst breakfast experience I’ve ever had. The kitchen lady was extremely rude and focused on policing guests instead of providing service. She yelled at my kids for using tongs to take potatoes and showed clear impatience with other guests, including someone holding a baby who needed help with the waffle machine. Basic items like fruit were missing for hours, likely because the staff member was busy monitoring guests rather than preparing food. Hampton Inn is usually known for friendly service, but this employee should not be in a customer-facing role without proper training. I would not recommend this location.

    I loved this hotel especially the staff members (they are super cool). Breakfast being main highlight of this hotel,few suggestions for improvements with my 3 nights stay experience 1. Many times skimmed milk finished 2.no almond or oat milk 3. Fruits finished very often 4.hot potatoes were positioned side by side with pork and sausages. People using same fork while picking up these food bring side by side. Vegetarian people ,it's difficult to eat potato like this.they should keep it away and separate providing this dish to one available for vegan eating folks.

    It’s located near everything and the staff is very helpful with with me & my husband that’s bed bound they went out of there way to make sure my husband was comfortable. Thank you so much for helping and understanding. It’s been the first time my husband’s been in a king size bed in 2 years not hospital bed and he said the bed felt amazing . The breakfast was delicious . Love the hotel and again the staff was fantastic

    We stayed for three nights and had a really nice time. The hotel’s in a super convenient spot—close to the metro and main roads, but still quiet enough to relax. Our room was spacious and the bathroom looked freshly renovated, which was a nice touch. The staff were all friendly and made us feel welcome. Breakfast had plenty of tasty options, though the dining hall could use a little rearranging to make things less crowded in the mornings. Overall, it’s a comfy place to stay if you want good service and an easy base for exploring the city

    I don’t care how much the star category is, I should NEVER experience roaches in a Hilton hotel, but unfortunately, this is the second Hilton that I’ve stayed, which I experienced a roach in my room and I have been traveling for a year. The customer service and front desk were very accommodating, during that experience, but I also never received the services my room was supposed to get on day 3 and I was a 5 day guest. One of the kitchen staff ladies was a bit rude and aggressive, and the ice machine needs cleaning (on 2 instances there were particles left at the bottom of my bucket once the ice melted. Pretty disgusting). It seemed like housekeeping and maintenance were always cleaning and fixing the rooms next to me. A little uncomfortable when entering and exiting my room. Parking is $22 a day, although you aren’t in a garage, which is pretty ridiculous, but it’s business. Overall, it was an ok stay…
