Bom hotel com recepcionistas super atenciosos. O café da manhã é muito básico (mas normal para os hotéis americanos). Boa localização.

The staff were fantastic and I enjoyed the breakfast! I stayed in one of the 5th floor suites and did not enjoy the room very much. The shower pan was discolored red in a number of spots which made me uncomfortable, and the bed was absolutely shot with zero support left. The provided pillows were also extremely flat and unsupportive. The bed and sheets were clean though! I couldn’t get a good nights sleep the entire time I was there because of those bed related issues, which in my mind defeats the main purpose of the hotel. The grout in the bathroom and sink area flooring also had many stains, which looked like it had been cleaned but left me uncomfortable as well. With all that said, I did not ask the hotel for different pillows or a room change, so they didn’t really get a chance to address my concerns.

I stayed at the Hampton Inn in Coconut Creek for one night, and overall it was a decent stay with a few things that could definitely be improved. Check-in and check out was smooth and I really appreciated being able to get into my room early. At check in, the front desk agent was kind, but she seemed extremely busy. handling nonstop phone calls while checking me in. Still, she did her best under pressure. When I got to the room, the drawers, fridge, and microwave were all left open, which made it seem like the room hadn’t been fully inspected before my arrival. Besides that, the room itself was clean. The main issues came from the maintenance side: the charging station between the beds didn’t work properly (I ended up charging my phone through my laptop), the toilet ran constantly unless the handle was jiggled, and we kept hearing a strange knocking noise near the mirror. We later realized it was the elevator. Every time it moved, we heard it from inside the room. I mentioned the elevator noise to the front desk around 7 AM before checkout, and the FDA let me know no other guests had reported it but that she would have someone check it once we were out of the room. I normally request rooms away from the elevator, but I didn’t realize how close it was until we got upstairs. We didn’t ask to switch since it was only a one-night stay and we had already settled in. Also, the windows were extremely dirty, inside and out. As someone who works in the hospitality industry, I completely understand that some things are out of the front desk team’s hands. These are just items that need attention so future guests don’t experience the same issues. Thank you all for having me. Fix these few concerns, and I’d be willing to stay again. I work at a Marriott property, but I’m a Hilton girly at heart—so I’d love to keep it that way!

Overall, this is a nice hotel and we enjoyed our stay. They offer breakfast with a variety of options- omelettes, meat, waffles, cereals, bagels, muffins, yogurt, fruit, etc. Their orange juice is actually really good. The lobby and eating area was clean. The room was mostly clean but could use a better dusting in the harder to reach areas. I have a dust mite allergy and it was enough dust for my allergy symptoms to come on full force. It could have used some TLC in the whirlpool, shower, and corners of the rooms. The pool and fitness areas both looked nice but we didn’t use either. They have a laundry area for guests on the 5th floor. There is limited handicap parking and it is a good distance from the building. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The only incident is another guest apparently vomited as they were getting on the elevator, spewing liquid both outside and inside the elevator Saturday night. When letting the front desk know, the response was that she cannot do vomit and she was the only one there. She looked like she cared and genuinely felt bad but she could not physically clean it up without making herself sick. Another employee was mopping the floor outside the elevators when we left the following morning. This location sets back on a service road, minimizing road noise, but is still in a great location with easy access to stores, gas stations, restaurants, and highways.
