The huge issue I had was the AC not working in our room. We were sweating so bad, I went out to my vehicle around 3am to get a fan. We were still miserable. As soon as the pool opened, I was in it. I was supposed to receive a call from the manager. That never happened. Three days later we stopped in to spend one night. I purchased that stay. They told me the AC was in fact broken in that room but has been repaired. This time, our stay was excellent but I feel I should have been compansated for the previous stay.

The area seem very safe where the hotel is located. The free breakfast was great. I give it five stars, but I always think those are just people trying to boost the Hotel ratings.

I have been here for just about 2 1/2 months and all have been great. I wanted to let you know a few of your team members who were always going above and beyond. First Joey who extends a warm welcome to all who enters your establishment, not only with a smile but interacts with all guests and always inquires about their visit and where they’re traveling from. A touch of sincerity and caring goes a long way. Please tell him thank you on my behalf. Second Sharde who was always here with a smile and following up on my extending my stay. She was always professional and assertive in getting anything accomplished when needed. Super organized and recognized guests names. Truly amazing please thank her for being amazing. Taylor was always so courteous and inquiring about how our business was going and involved with his team and helping whenever needed. Truly great leader. I appreciate all his support throughout my stay. Also Yanna and I believe Domingo was his name and Nicolas were always working never standing around. And always so kind at each time we crossed paths.
