It was a female that had skin darker than mine, but other than that I couldn't tell you who she was or why she didn't understand that all Hilton properties are connected. I proceeded to exit after making a reservation for Dec 1 because she said it was booked. Fine, I went to the app and booked it for technically tomorrow... She said she couldn't even get a room clean for me until 3pm!!! 🤮😂🤪 They apparently are so short staffed that the housekeeping doesn't clean the rooms at all until like 245pm???? Yuck! 🤮🤮 I'll never ever stay in a Home2Suites again. Perhaps Hilton should just close them and make them into Hampton Inn? Called embassy suites... Booked a room that's always available for LESS points...uff da... Guess my status with them is still valid... phew!! Now I'm going to go enjoy my king bed solo and head home in the AM to help the girls make breakfast and lunch...
