  Stayed December 23–25. On arrival, the unit door was locked from the inside, leaving my entire family stuck outside for over two hours while staff tried to get it opened. Completely unacceptable after a long travel day. To make matters worse, the unit was missing basic essentials like soap and body wash. Despite multiple requests, it took over 12 hours to receive them—and even then, two separate deliveries failed to include the items I clearly requested via text. Management never followed up despite being contacted. This experience aligns with other one-star reviews here. Very disappointing and not what I expect from a Hilton property.

  Outstanding customer service is what sets this property apart from all others in this highly competitive industry. Elisa, Bouchra and Corazon at the guest registration centre will leave an impression on you. They greet you with their beautiful smiles and they treat you like family. They go above and beyond to try to accommodate special requests. I spend about 100 nights per year on business travel and these girls are the best! I am from Canada and Mystic Dunes is my go to property when staying in the Celebration area. Rooms are spacious, well laid out and extremely clean and in outstanding condition. You will feel right at home here. The grounds on this property are kept in pristine conditions, parking is plentiful with large spaces and very quiet at night to ensure you get a great sleep. Beds are extremely comfortable. Most of all, you feel totally safe walking around this resort any time of the day or night. This property is very reasonably priced and in my opinion you get exceptional value for dollars spent. I used to stay at another big brand competitor but Mystic Dunes has converted me to a loyal Hilton customer. The property is quite large so the personal shuttle service from your room to the restaurant, pools, etc is very convenient if you have walking issues, small children, etc. I meet a lot of clients in my room and they all remark about the great location, cleanliness and beauty of this property. Great job Mystic Dunes! Keep up the great customer service. It does not go unnoticed.

  This resort gets this low rating because their beds are like sleeping on the floor. I woke up with my sides and hips hurting because it is so hard. I asked for something that could make the beds softer and was told something would be sent up. It never came, called again they sent something that is similar to a mattress protector. That will add no additional cushion. All they can do is send extra comforters and pillows. Kicker here is that they have had multiple complaints per their manager earlier today but these beds are approved by Hilton sooo who cares. So, on night two of four night stay will be better if not we will be checking out early. For Hilton, to be the name it is and I’ve stayed in other hotels. I’m not happy and definitely would not buy a timeshare through Hilton. Just my opinion.

  This place was amazing from the moment we got here. The entrance was beautiful and very easy to navigate. Checking in to our rooms was truly a pleasure. The woman checking us in knew what she was doing, and great with my daughter, so it was easy and quick! Our 2 bedroom suite with a large balcony was the building right next to the check-in which made unpacking quick and easy. Honestly the place was so amazing that we did not end up going and doing much outside the resort. Our room was fully furnished with with everything except food. The resort is close to everything. Walmart is right up the road and so is Disney World. The resort offers plenty of things to do like the heated pool with the awesome waterside, free bicycles to ride, a gym, and daily activities to do with the kids. I highly recommend this resort and will definitely be back!!!

  First, the salesperson and the director mistakenly attributed another person’s timeshare bill to us. As soon as we sat down, they pressured us to pay $16,000. After later verification, they discovered that they had made a mistake. This bill does not belong to us. I then questioned the supervisor about why this situation occurred, as it gave us the impression that we were being misled. I recognize that the term “fraud” may have been too strong. Nevertheless, instead of offering an apology or clarification, the supervisor responded with sarcasm and criticized us for our choice of wording. After these conversations, the supervisor began aggressively promoting a new program and repeatedly pushed us to upgrade. I did not agree to the upgrade at any point. What was particularly concerning was that the bonus points he offered kept increasing, while the upgrade price kept decreasing. This raised serious concerns about the legitimacy and sincerity of the offer. If such favorable terms were possible, it is unclear why they were not presented from the beginning, instead of requiring us to negotiate for over four hours. HGV assigned a total of three representatives to negotiate with us. Ultimately, we declined their offer. After we refused, all three individuals spoke to us in a hostile and disrespectful manner. The supervisor went so far as to accuse us of wasting his time and claimed that by rejecting the offer, we had insulted him. Such behavior was highly unprofessional and inappropriate.
