The rooms felt clean. A few draw backs included the sales pitch when checking in, the loud noises all night (probably because the room was bottom floor by the elevator and stairs), the set up for 3 rooms. The 3 room set up was actually combining a 2 bedroom and 1 bedroom unit. No interior connection so had to use seperate key cards for both units. Not idle when traveling with kids. So many options in Orlando so I would probably look for other options next time. Can't speak to any ground amenities since we only slept here 2 nights while going to Disney.

1st time staying here. Was not aware of the additional $30/night resort fees. My family and I were not able to use any of the amenities. The rooms at first seemed cleaned until our toddler found a men's underwear in one of the bedrooms near the bed. There was a glob of hair in the washing machine. After a long travel to get there we started to wonder why our bedroom looked different than what we booked - seemed to have placed us in an assessable room. The master bathroom once you tuned on a light the fan was automatically on.... Kinda annoying. The shower had a sticky film on the bottom. One of the sliding doors was stuck and would not open. We did mention some of the issues and nothing was done when I say some since nothing was done about what was mentioned I felt there was no need to even bother cause obviously they didn't care. Luckily I had some lysol and cleaning wipes. Inquired about a late check out initially before any complaints - they honored an extra hour but once we started to load up thankfully my husband was still in the room because they cut off access to the room before 11am which was our checkout time. We took out all of our trash / Would probably not stay here again and rather pay extra in fees elsewhere closer to the parks.

Very well stocked and roomy apartments. Price was decent for the time of year (November). Great location for the theme parks, gulf coast visits Tampa, St Petersburg) one to two hours, as well as Atlantic coast visits (Cape Canaveral, Cocoa Beach, Port Canaveral (cruise ship port) one to one and a half hours typically. Of course traffic can slow things down considerably.

My stay at Mystic Dunes Resort has been okay overall, but honestly not what I was expecting. It’s a beautiful property with spacious grounds, but there are several things that left me disappointed. • The Wi-Fi connection is extremely poor and unreliable. • The TVs aren’t smart TVs, and I wasn’t even able to connect my Fire Stick, which made it hard to relax and watch anything. • The furniture feels pretty outdated and could use some refreshing. • The location mainly has other resorts nearby and not many attractions within close distance besides Disney. It’s a decent place if you’re mainly visiting for Disney and don’t mind bringing your own entertainment setup, but for the price, I expected a bit more comfort and modern convenience.

This review is for Hilton as a whole. The staff and rooms at mystic dunes are great. I’m staying there this weekend and wanted to book the following weekend for the same room (2br). Had everything lined up and the price was $441.39 awesome price. Put in my card info went to book the room and they said no rooms available. That’s weird go through it again and now that room is available But now it’s almost 800 bucks. Almost doubled the price. Called and talk to tech support and they don’t know what happened. They don’t care what happened. They just said that the price is the price. It’s sad being a help minors. Customer staying at this resort over 20 times that there’s nothing they can do. It’s not that they can’t. They won’t what I understand. It’s a business but that’s just shocking that they don’t even care and just cut and dry. Sorry Price is Price. I own timeshares with other competitors but we really like mystic dunes when we go to Disney. Not looking for anything want to make sure people are aware and pay attention so you don’t get taken advantage of.
