Left a very expensive computer that had extremely important data in it, that was needed 11/22. The only way they could help was to wait for a manager to come in a day or two. Low and behold, when i called the police to assist me, they were all of a sudden able to retrieve my laptop. I’ve seen better customer service at a lemonade stand.

UPDATE: In response to the owner's response below - I tried to pay with the university credit card in response to what I was told the policy was. The staff did not send the credit card authorization form when they said they would, then told it me it wasn't needed, and then on the final day trying to resolve the issue took so long, which was frustrating after trying to get things in order the previous two days. I am not familiar with the law, just my experiences staying in hotels for work in Florida, which as I noted have been varied regarding this issue. But the staff was not familiar either. The whole issue took up an unnecessary amount of time. So my issue is not with the Florida law but the way the staff handled the situation. TLDR: Don't stay here if you need to use a tax exempt form. I stayed here a Sunday night through a Wednesday morning. The rooms were what you would expect for the price point and the location was fine, convenient for the reason I was in town, which was work-related. I was very disappointed, however, with when it came to dealing with the hotel staff and using a tax exempt form. I work for a public university, so that qualifies for tax exempt. When I checked in, I was told I could not use it with my personal credit card with the tax exempt form. This was not a problem - different hotels have different rules, so sometimes I use my own card and get reimbursed and other times I have to use an authorization with someone else's P-card. So before I left for my appointment Monday, I stopped by the desk and asked for the credit card authorization to please be emailed to an email I provided. I also gave them the tax exempt form and they copied my ID. The email didn't go out on Monday, so I asked about it Tuesday morning before I left for the day. Then I was told it wasn't necessary, that I could pay with my personal card and still use the tax exempt form. Great. Except when I got the final "folio" Wednesday morning it had all the taxes included. I asked about it. This turned into a very long event with two different people, them taking multiple copies of my ID and the tax exempt form. Also the person who had told me Tuesday I didn't need the credit card authorization explained she didn't really understand the issue (even though she told me I didn't need it). So I got the credit card authorization emailed to them, but then they said they had to have an actual copy of the credit card on the authorization form, which is against my workplace's policy (and has never been asked for any place I have stayed). So at the end, after all that time, they would not use the tax exempt form. Disappointing, too, because the hotel is actually in a very good location for what we are doing in the area, but I can't stay there again because of this issue.

Not too much I can say about it other than I just had one of the cleaning ladies walk right into my room, even though I had to do not disturb sign on the door and got treated like I did something wrong the worst part about it is as a cleaning crew was walking away They were not saying the nicest things people have to understand many people speak more than one language and when I went downstairs to complain about it it just got brushed off as oh it must be a language barrier.

Horrible. Absolutely terrible. I paid for 3 nights at this hotel through priceline. Due to the government shutdown, I missed my flight and thus missed my check in. Someone canceled my hotel reservation and didn't offer a refund. I didn't know my hotel reservation was canceled. I come in only to have to make a new reservation. The lady messed up gave me only one night after I asked for 3. I had to go pay even more money for this nightmare. I double paid and this hotel and priceline dont even care. I stay here every time I have a work trip and they just treat me like dirt. I can go take my business elsewhere.
