Couldn’t appreciate her more, she was absolutely wonderful! The rooms are spacious, clean, and overall excellent! The pool, tiki bar, and overall atmosphere is phenomenal for such a low price! A stay at the westgate resort or raddison up the road would easily cost more and in my opinion would be an equal to the experience here, aside from a few extras. Overall, love this place!

She is respectful, knowledgeable and totally customer service oriented. She should probably teach classes for Hilton Hotels. However I do not understand all of these great reviews for this hotel especially if you don’t live with pets on a regular basis. The hotel is OLD! I mean the kind of old where you still control the temperature of the room is that huge loud contraption that sits under the window. We had to change rooms because in our first room that contraption didn’t work. But Amanda handled that too and got us a bigger room. BOTH rooms smelled like pets that haven’t had a bath in ages. The rooms are dusty and just look overall dingy. The hotel really needs to be gutted and totally remodeled. We are staying the night to board our Christmas cruise in the morning but the stench of the room is keeping me awake. I hope that I can get some sleep.
