I wanted to give this place 5 stars but the reason I’m not is because of the misleading advertising of the hotels cruise shuttle service, upon check in the hotel staff told us booking with their shuttle would be WAYYYYY cheaper than an uber or Lyft to the port, so we booked with them paying $22 for less than a mile ride to the port, taking their word for it. But when it came time to go to the port a Lyft literally cost $8.49 and it would have been a private ride, instead we had to ride on a huge charter bus at the back with a bunch of other people and it was more than the Lyft! When I called to see if the hotel would do anything about us being told booking with their shuttle was cheaper all the lady Tina told me to as “sorry you didn’t have to use our shuttle” no offer of refund, nothing. Very disappointed in the false advertising and unwillingness to fix it. It’s just frustrating when we already paid $330 a night to stay here, do your self a favor and take a Lyft!

Honestly, three worse nights sleep I've ever had at a hotel. Room was clean, nice... but the walls must be paper thin. Sounded like a group of teenagers were playing football in the room next door. Eventually I had enough and asked for some ear plugs at the front desk, which they gave as a courtesy.

We had a horrible experience at the outdoor lounge. It was supposed to open at 4:00. We waited until after 5:00 when the bartender showed up. Not only was he not apologetic for all of us waiting he was very rude as he cleaned and set up the bar. We all left

We stayed at this hotel with our family prior to our cruise out of Cape Canaveral, and overall our stay was a positive one. The location was very convenient for getting to the port, which made travel day much less stressful. Our room was clean, comfortable, and met our family’s needs for a short stay.
Most of the staff were welcoming, professional, and attentive, and they made sure we had what we needed during our stay. There was one staff member who seemed to be having a rough evening and was a bit short when we asked a few questions, which stood out compared to the otherwise friendly service we received.
Aside from that small issue, our experience was good, and we appreciated the comfort and convenience the hotel provided before our cruise. We would consider staying here again when traveling through the area.

This hotel wasn’t the best
Post cruising it’s close to port
But I would rather stay elsewhere and just take a ride share to port. They failed to tell us that the TV’s weren’t working at all for any guests. Communication and staff service wasn’t the best. Breakfast was like any other
They ran out of hash brown potatoes and substituted them with French fries.
And there’s literally nothing in surrounding area. Not even a Walmart. That shuttle service is a joke as well. Pay for uber or Lyft you’ll be better off
