    We had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Cape Canaveral! What could’ve been a stressful travel disaster turned into a smooth, manageable situation thanks to their incredible front desk team. Our travel plans went completely sideways right before our cruise — delays, confusion, the works. We were exhausted and overwhelmed when we arrived, but the staff immediately stepped in and helped us sort everything out. They made phone calls, walked us through our options, and reassured us every step of the way. Thanks to their kindness, patience, and true dedication to customer service, we were able to relax, regroup, and still make it onto our vacation cruise. The hotel itself was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly located for cruise travelers, but the people are what truly set this place apart. The front desk staff went above and beyond in a way we will never forget. If you're cruising out of Port Canaveral, I cannot recommend Hampton Inn & Suites enough. Their team is exceptional, and they genuinely care about their guests. We’ll absolutely stay here again!

    A room is very spacious in a corner of the building. Very quiet. Comfortable beds very clean. The water pressure in the shower was very low and the water is very soft. You almost feel slimy when you are rent stuff. Very close to the cruise port there are a convenience store in multiple restaurants nearby far fast food. Breakfast was average had hot and cold options.

    DO NOT STAY HERE.... First, I am not one to leave reviews, much less, long reviews.. but this was the worst customer service... EVER. We were randomly charged $44 +, without notice.... We called and are being accused of stealing a pillow. We in fact did not take a pillow. We stayed there one night, had small duffel bags, and if I am being honest, they were not the most comfortable pillows. My first issue is that we are being accused of something we did not do and they did not even call me to ask. I have called MULTIPLE times for MULTIPLE DAYS and there is never a "manager present" to help me. They tell me that they will have a manager give me a call back and they never do. When I call again, it is the same thing. It is a vicious cycle of no help. I am being avoided and it is beyond frustrating. I called the corporate office and they put in a claim and was told a manager from the hotel would give me a call back within 24 hours... Here we are a week later and STILL no call. I just called corporate again to follow up and was transferred to the Hotel. To no surprise, there is no manager present. I expressed how frustrated I was with the lack of customer service because this has been an issue for TWO weeks with no answers and expressed how I felt like I am being avoided. The lady on the phone responded with a very snarky remark.. " I am sorry you feel that way, have a good day." HANGS UP ON ME. I have never experienced such terrible customer service. If they were going to accuse me and charge me of something (that I did not do), the least they can do is give some sort of explanation. I immediately called corporate customer service and spoke with Daisy. She is absolutely amazing. She heard all of my concerns and was extremely apologetic. She even called the hotel and NO ANSWER... She was amazing helping me with the refund. She was in as much disbelief as I am. Daisy is AMAZING and a true representation of what customer service SHOULD be. Thank you, Daisy! Such a frustrating experience that could have all been avoided if they would have had the decency to pick up the phone and give me an explanation to solve this matter. Very sad...

    Property is close to Cruise Terminals. We missed the turn into the Inn from Astronaut Blvd. due to poor signage. Large property with helpful folks at front desk. We were tired from a long drive and they gave us menus of a couple of nearby restaurants which deliver. We ordered from Dempsey's and our food was delivered still hot and was very good. Our room was clean, breakfast was plentiful but uninspired. We stayed just one night and slept well.
