Super welcoming, easy to talk to, and we had some wonderful conversations. It’s rare to find hotels these days that still offer that personal touch. Tommy truly made the stay memorable!

The constant noise made the room uncomfortable, especially in the bathroom area. I reported the issue to the front desk agent, Thomas, and he told me that this was an issue they have been dealing with for a while. This response was not helpful at all, and no solution or alternative was offered during my stay. For the price paid, this was unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel unless proper maintenance is done.

- JMJennifer M4 days ago1.0Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing due to a bedbug issue during my stay I noticed bites and later confirmed the presence of bedbugs in the room. This was extremely uncomfortable and concerning from a cleanliness and health standpoint, the situation significantly affected my ability to rest and enjoy my day I would strongly encourage a hotel to improve their pest control and room inspection procedures. I would not stay here again.
