Very well maintained and clean. Great fitness center, pool and lobby area. Location is close to everything. Breakfast was ample and good. Plenty of free parking. Right off the interstate. While it took some time for the situation to be reviewed, the hotel ultimately approved a 50% courtesy refund, which I truly appreciated given the circumstances. I understand non-refundable policies exist, and I’m grateful that the team showed understanding and flexibility in the end. That gesture made a difficult situation a bit easier, and I would certainly consider staying here in the future.

We just stayed at the Home2 Suites by Hilton in Lakewood Ranch, Florida, and we can’t say enough great things about it! From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming (even though helping people, thy quickly and politely popped their head up to say " be with you in a moment. I was a GM for Hilton, and that, is the mark of quality training). The rooms were absolutely gorgeous—really well-appointed, super clean, and just a pleasure to stay in. Lastly, we really have to highlight Rachel and her helper who took care of breakfast during our stay. Absolutely full of smiles, warmth and did so while making sure ours and every other table was clean, people were happy which really made the experience even more amazing. When complimented for doing so, she told us how much she loved her job and those she worked for and with - refreshing!! All in all, it was a fantastic stay, and I'd absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and great service in the Lakewood Ranch area!
