From the moment we arrived, every staff member made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for, not like just another reservation. The front desk team Christopher, Trinity, Brandon, and Diana were warm, kind, and consistently friendly no matter the time of day. Even Jhon from engineering and maintenance greeted us with a smile and made us feel at home. Every morning, watching Maggie and Manette during breakfast was something special. They worked incredibly hard and nonstop, yet always had smiles on their faces and took the time to be personable and kind. You could truly feel the care they put into what they do. What stood out most was housekeeping. We travel almost weekly for both work and pleasure and are in hotels often. We watched rooms being fully turned over, sweeping, Swiffering, and wiping everything down from top to bottom. Nothing felt rushed or overlooked. It was clear they take real pride in their work. If I am being completely honest, with how much we travel, this is the best overall hotel experience we have ever had. The level of care and consistency from every single staff member is something you rarely see. We highly recommend this hotel and will absolutely make it a must stay anytime we are back in town. Thank you to the entire Homewood Suites team for making us feel so genuinely cared for. š¤
- RHRobin HelbigDec 31, 20255.0Every time we plan a vacation to this area, we always choose to stay at Homewood Suites because it is close to most places we like to visit - Mercato, Coconut Grove, Tin City, 5th Ave, Fort Myers Beach, and Vanderbilt Beach. Marco Island, Captiva and Sanibel are also within driving distance. The rooms are spacious and the mini kitchenette each suite has is a plus. The front desk clerks was wonderful along with the 2 maintenance guys we dealt with - John and one other guy. The gal who was cleaning the rooms in our section on the 4th floor was also wonderful, the couple of times we needed something. My only issue is handicap parking. You have spots in front of the lobby entrance, which has columns, which makes it hard to back into the parking space.
