Some people really are unable or ill-equipped to deal face-to-face with customers. It's quite incredible that this Hampton Inn entrusts brand image to employees who hate its customers. This place is so bad it's almost funny. I'd write more but the rattling a/c unit in our room keeps distracting me...

But noise from outside my room made it hard to sleep. Even the baby crying from several rooms away came creaping in. Maybe the rooms on the front side of the hotel aren't as noisy.

Food was ok. Location is good shower head needs replacing. Nowhere to hold getting out of the shower except the shower curtain.
