A good hotel. The two restaurants were okay. There’s a small park across the street, but beyond that, there is not much to do. Neighboring hotels are members only so must plan to spend all of you time at the hotel.

DO NOT DOCK AND DINE HERE THEY TRY TO CHARGE YOU 250$. Terrible customer service. I made a reservation for 14 guests for dinner and told the hostess i would be getting picked up and dropped off by boat for a bachelorette party and she said it was no problem. When we went to our boat for pick up the manager Michael was very rude and tried to not allow us to even leave on our boat. Michael took away from our already paid for boat time arguing with us. Completely ruined our experience and the brides experience for her bachelorette. Unfortunately we still had to go to our mediocre dinner reservation there since it was too late to reschedule to anywhere else and they did not accommodate us in any way whatsoever for the terrible experience and rudeness we encountered.

Rooms felt dirty despite being cleaned. Definitely had an odor. AC is old and hard to control with thermostat. Location is pretty but nothing really close by. Two restaurants - one American and the other Japanese- the latter was good but very $.

Have not been there for years since it became a water stone property, it is absolutely fantastic The view is beautiful the remodeling job they did waterstone is absolutely to die for very comfortable leisurely but sexy..
There was only one bartender on last Friday, she was overwhelmed she was a very nice lady but didn't have any time to have a conversation or even to smile.
so they might want to get an extra bartender on a Friday during their happy hour so that the customer has a better experience..

I am a Diamond member with Hilton and we have stayed at this resort several times. Do not even consider staying here. Seems they have management changes every three months but the most important thing is in the past. It was a great hotel and now it is a rundown dump
We arrived on a Friday evening and of course the desk person said he did not have the payment so of course we had to make an additional payment which later took us five days to get corrected. More importantly and very important was that the room was freezing one of the people staying in the room is 80 years old. No consideration whatsoever from the desk no way to change the room and we had to suffer and freeze. They did send up a mangy dirty blanket
The next night the toilet was broken. We called the desk three times and no one came up to help. Finally, we went down to the lobby and asked if we could get a plunger and they did send somebody up. He really was very ungracious about helping us.
Service in the restaurant outside was terrible. Couldn’t get a refill on a cup of coffee without a belligerent waitress being very hostile.
There were also bedbugs in the room
I contacted Hilton corporate as well as the manager of this resort and they offered us a free night at this resort.
When I contested this, I got nowhere. Why would I want a free night at this resort? I wanted a refund for this horrendous stay and the manager, of course, is rude very very rude.
