  We recently hosted a company Xmas party at this location and while the event turned out pretty good, there was a lot of confusion prior to the day of. First and foremost, I reached out to this venue well in advanced ( I want to say around February) to request availability for their private rooms as we had a larger group (150+) and in my experience, it's easier said than done to find a place around the holidays last minute. We wanted to work with this venue last year but they were already sold out at the time we inquired. I was originally told that I would have one event planner, this was not the case. I ended up speaking with at least 3 reps from their company which resulted in multiple issues and additional charges when reviewing the menu and bar options. Everything ended up working out with the exception of parking, which we were never told may be an issue. It doesn't make sense why they allow a certain number of guests per reservation for the private events if they are unable to accommodate parking for that amount. Multiple staff members were TURNED AWAY from their own company party because the valet told them there was no more room. We did not have any additional guests, if anything, we had less, I was honest about the amount of people and updated the count as required and still, we had a handful of people who were unable to attend due to the valet staff. I reached out explaining my concerns and was told they cannot reserve parking spots for an event. While this was a company party, I could only imagine if this were a wedding or another special event that someone might be unable to attend just because they were told there was no more parking available. Overall, the venue itself was nice, there is only a very small balcony (4-5 people max) that is available. The food was good, not great. It's nice they have a variety to pick from as far as food and bar options. The event staff as well as the hotel staff was nice and accommodating to our requests. However, we do not plan to use this venue for any other events moving forward both personal or professional.

  I recently stayed at Waterstone Resort & Marina in Boca Raton and had a really pleasant experience. The room was comfortable and had a nice view of the marina, which made mornings really relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and getting around easy. It felt like a calm, welcoming place to unwind without any fuss.

  Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. If I could give them zero stars I would. The rooms had roaches, yuck! The manager was absolutely useless. The food was gross. I don’t recommend staying here.

  Stayed at the Waterstone for three nights and was very impressed. The staff was very attentive and the hotel was beautiful! Excellent location and walking distance to the beach. Loved the back patio bar next to the water.

  Let me tell you about the Waterstone Resort & Marina Boca Raton. This intimate, boutique-style property stands apart from the typical large-scale Boca/West Palm Beach resorts, where you often feel like just another number. I absolutely loved its location, just a short walk from the beach. The poolside service was terrific, mainly thanks to an amazing bartender whose name I, unfortunately, can’t recall. She recommended the perfect drink and was genuinely attentive throughout my stay. The check-in process was seamless from start to finish. The room was well-kept, and all public areas of the hotel were well-maintained, with art throughout. I will return.
