    There bed comforters have insect waste in and on they. We put in under lights u can see it made a ig post about it and tagged Hilton never again.

    I Stayed at the Hilton Boca Raton when I first arrived, to look at moving here. Very kind they were at first. Iam currently in process for disability from a Near Fatal crash and Boca is the place for the Climate. I only let the lady in a few times over my 4 week stay. I like privacy and pay for it. I had to leave the 5th thru the 8th as they were booked solid. OR ....they pre listed me. I noticed that My Tattoos, My Appearance and my clothing Manager Patel and his Associatie did not care for. When his Associatie ignored a kind hello guests of mine, but spoke to me, I started to see the true colors. I came back today, as I paid for 10 days. Manager Patel, informed my my Reservation had been canceled 😲 I had already paid $985.12 for 10 days. Puzzled I asked how can Priceline cancel me? I paid in full? Manager PATEL, Decided to cancel me. " Talk to the third provider " about the refund. I asked him is there a problem? He then gave me the " You can wait in the couch " Line again. He then,( After making this up on his own accord,) told me I could stay....but only if someone can come in everyday for 10 days. To clean and look around. 👀 I asked him " You want to Police me? " He said it took 2 hours for my room to be cleaned. Ohhh, so I didnt comply to the housekeeping. I told him Id sit and think about it. $985.13 they took fron my Wells Fargo Credit card. No Refunds. I asked " Am I on your Blacklist" Manager PATEL looked me in the Eyes, and said I HAVEN'T MADE IT THERE ...YET. 👀 Well. I needed to think. They love my money, but my Tattoos, my Christian Cross and Jewish ✡️ wear I do not hide. I have never felt so Discriminated agaist for being a White, Christian - Jewish Male, with Women to spare ( The Associaties didnt like that ) and a Happy Face. I was pretty much told my Kind, is unwelcome there. After my $985.13 was written off as... " Talk to them" . I spent 5 hours today packing and moving over that way, and Now IAM back at the place what is welcoming and not judgemental and taking my money, and erasing my paid for Reservation. ONLY to be offered a " Self made list of Rules ". THIS IS NOT HILTON. THIS IS DISCRIMINATION. My Name is Russell Allen Cobb. I speak the truth about reviews . When I pay good money I expect good treatment. THIS Hotel, unfortunately has Manager and or Staff who doesn't want me there. All I know last I checked, Theft , Fraud and Discrimination based on my looks and " I see you coming and going" comments fo not belong in Hospitality Professional arenas. Manager PATEL who wants to police me, can answer to the Federal Judge when Summoned. THEY TOOK MY $953.13 (Wells Fargo) then tried to say I was canceled. No Mr. PATEL on his own accord, canceled a lifeling HILTON Customer. He can answer the Judge as after talking to my Step brother and friend ( Two Attorneys), Tomorrow Hilton Corporation, Namely manger PATEL will find a sheriff's summons to explain this clesr Violation of State and Federal laws according to the United States Constitution. I would understand if I did something so bad? But to take $1000 from me, and Delete my Reservation entirely???Well. We will let the JUDGE DECIDE. :) AVOID THIS RACIST AND ANTI CHRISTIAN ANTI JEWISH ✡️ PLACE!!I Iam NOT taking this RIP - OFF Hotel business Lighty. Iam a Private Military Contractor when not all into Healthcare. I have never felt so hated on. Maybe my huge American Flag 🇺🇸 in my car window and hats... is the reason. Perhaps its political . The Judge will find out. Ill be the First to arrive and last to leave. As a student, in school now as we speak, with my endgoal to be an attorney at law , I do find this funny. Its almost like Mr. PATEL wants a Lawsuit, and just gave me a perfect one. My 2 attorneys said its very clear. HILTON, wants my business. Iam at another location as we speak. BOCA RATON SUITES HILTON, has a man named Manager PATEL who does NOT WANT ME THERE. From day One, Mr. PATEL HAS HAD A CERTIAN DEMEANOR. I can feel when someone judges you. NOW, AFTER THIS CRIMINAL ACTION, A REAL JUDGE WILL RULE In this CASE.

    The worst Front desk manager super disrespectful and no manners. He doesn’t let you talk at all, disappear when you ask for something. Is the front desk the one who suppose to help you out. Not good for a Hilton

    Our review would have been much better but the Hilton told us 24 hrs before our check in date that their pool was closed for repairs and we were not offered the chance to cancel our reservation free of charge. Their website did not say anything about the pool being closed- only that rooms were undergoing renovations. When we arrived we were told to use the public pool nearby and they would reimburse us the $8 daily fee with a voucher. This is totally unfair to the customer. A public swimming center does not compare to a private hotel pool. People choose their hotels in advance based on a number of reasons and a major amenity like a pool at a hotel in Florida is one of them. Therefore, at least allow customers the right to cancel their reservation free of charge. If you won't do this, knowing customers can't simply find a new hotel under such short notice, then at least provide a discount to them when they arrive due to the inconvenience and loss of the amenity However, this basic logic and customer service consideration was totally lost on the Hilton management when we raised the issue. Instead we were simply told there would be no discount with an attitude of complete indifference.
