The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, but what made my stay especially memorable was the exceptional service from Nikkia and Peter. From the moment I checked in, they went above and beyond. My initial room wasn’t quite what I was looking for, and without hesitation they helped me switch to a room that suited me perfectly. When I had concerns about room cleaning, they addressed them immediately and ensured everything was taken care of. Their kindness and attentiveness made a huge difference. Every time I returned from work, they greeted me in the lobby, checked in on how my day was going, and genuinely made me feel at home. It’s rare to find people who truly care, but Nikkia and Peter consistently made my stay feel comfortable, safe, and personal. I’m very particular about where I stay, and the rooms here were clean and well-maintained throughout my visit. Because of their outstanding hospitality, I’ll definitely be returning. The quick walk to Aventura Mall was definitely a plus. Special shout-out to Nikki, who went above and beyond by surprising us with a fruit tray . Thank you to Caesar at the front desk as well for recommending great local spots to check out. A huge thank-you to Juan for the free shuttle ride to Sunny Isles Beach and the mini Aventura history lesson along the way. And shout-out to Mario, our bartender, for crafting the perfect French 65! Their hospitality truly made our trip even better.

Our original venue permanently closed six weeks before our wedding. The Hilton Aventura was across the street from our original venue so I contacted them to see if it was possible to have our wedding at their venue. Dariel made it happen!! Dariel was our Saviour, and we truly appreciate everything he did to make this the "Wedding of my Dreams".
