Hilton Miami Aventura is a solid four star stay with a lot going for it. The location is very convenient, especially if you are shopping at Aventura Mall or exploring the surrounding area. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and well maintained, with a stylish lobby and comfortable common spaces. Check in was smooth and the staff was friendly and professional throughout my stay.
The rooms were spacious, quiet, and nicely designed, with comfortable beds and great city views. Housekeeping kept everything very clean, which I appreciated. The pool area is a nice bonus and a great place to relax after a long day. My only minor downsides were that some amenities felt a bit limited for the price and certain areas could use small updates. Overall, it is a dependable, comfortable option in Aventura and I would definitely stay here again.
Review: Miami Hotel Aventura
The hotel itself is very nice — modern, clean, and with large, comfortable rooms. The staff we interacted with were friendly and polite. Unfortunately, our stay was marked by a series of issues that made the experience frustrating, especially considering my Diamond status.
On the day of check-in, I received an email while I was in flight stating that my credit card had been declined and that I needed to update it by 4:00 PM to keep my reservation. This caused immediate panic, as we were already traveling and had limited ability to resolve the issue mid-flight. We spent part of the flight trying to figure out what went wrong and worrying that our reservation would be canceled before we even landed. When we arrived at the hotel, the front desk confirmed my card was fine and could not explain why the email was sent in the first place.
When we checked in around 5:30 PM, we were informed that no King Deluxe rooms were available and that we would need to downgrade to a regular King in order to check in. We were on a tight schedule, so we had no choice but to accept the downgrade.
The next day, after spending about four hours in the sun at the Orange Bowl, we were unable to access our room due to a dead door lock battery. It took approximately 45 minutes to get back into the room, during which time we had to go down to the lobby just to use the restroom.
The following day, we requested room service and were left with pool towels instead of bathroom towels. We called the front desk and were told towels would be sent up, but they never arrived.
While the hotel itself is attractive and the staff was consistently friendly, it truly felt like one thing after another. I’ve been a Diamond member for six years, and I expect a smoother, more reliable experience at this level.

À éviter absolument. À tous les clients potentiels qui lisent bien ce message. J’ai vécu une expérience atroce avec les responsables de cet hôtel. J’ai séjourné quatre jours à l’hôtel Hilton d’aventura et à la fin pour le check Out. J’ai reçu une facture de 400 $ débité sur ma carte alors que j’avais Je n’étais au courant de rien. En fait, le responsable de l’hôtel avait noté un surclassement alors que je n’ai jamais été surclassé et il m’a facturé 400 $ supplémentaire en prélevé sur ma carte sans même nous prévenir de quoique ce soit . J’ai appelé le Responsable .. Mme Suzy Ramirez est venu très antipathique et au moment même où je lui ai dit Que je n’ai jamais donné mon accord pour cela, elle a immédiatement appeler la police, uniquement car j’ai haussé le ton car elle ne voulait rien savoir .. Elle m’a dit qu’elle avait envoyé un mail a mon tour-opérateur lui certifiant qu’on était d’accord pour payer plus cher la chambre et c’était un mensonge, heureusement que j’ai eu mon tout opérateur au téléphone , qui a protesté en disant qu’il n’avait jamais reçu de mail de leur part, j’ai dû fuir de l’hôtel car elle a menti sur mon attitude et je risquais de me faire embarquer par la police car elle avait inventé la situation. Faite Très attention avec cet hôtel, c’est des méthodes de gangster qui facturent à la fin des énormes suppléments sans même prévenir , en mentant ouvertement en disant qu’il avait reçu une confirmation de mon tour opérateur … et lorsqu’on proteste ils appellent la police immédiatement pour nous jeter carrément de l’hôtel !!!! la responsable qui s’appelle Suzy Ramirez nous a traité comme des voyous alors qu’on a seulement demandé avec insistance qu’on me recredite ma carte de 400 dollars .. je suis docteur et je suis quelqu’un de tres droit et honnête et je vous certifie que cette histoire est réelle… cette personne a gâché mes vacances aux USA , et m’a totalement dégoûté .., je vous promet ne mettez jamais un pied dans cet hôtel !! Et si les grands responsables de cet hôtel lisent mon message , je vous promet que cette personne Suzy Ramirez dégage une très mauvaise image de la chaîne Hilton .., elle invente des faits et à partir du moment qu’on cherche à lui expliquer les faits elle décide immédiatement d’appeler la police … j’ai voyagé dans le monde entier et jamais je n’ai connu une expérience comme cela

Just look at these pictures we were wondering why we couldn't sleep because we were itchy. What did the front desk say, nothing they can do will call you tomorrow they say. I said in the meantime I'm just supposed to go back and sleep with these bugs. They're crawling all over our clothes.
