I have stayed at this hotel 3 times now, twice through my company and once with a friend, and not once have I had a good hotel experience (especially for it to be a Hilton). My first stay, my shower would not get hot. They had to reset the boiler in order for my hot water to run properly. Not only that, but the shower head was shimmed into the wall haphazardly. My second stay, we had to be switched into another room because our door lock would unlock with anyone's key card. Now, my 3rd stay here, and I can't get ahold of the front desk because my digital key doesn't work. Not one time has my digital key worked at this hotel. Each time I have been reassured that the issue will be fixed and the next time I come it's the same thing. This is not up to Hilton standards at all and I will likely not stay at this hotel again in the future, or at least until it has a full remodel.

The amenities were lacking. Not enough seating around the pool. The restaurant was way under staffed and with little seating for dinner. Prices for food were ridiculous. No microwave in the room.

Overbooking is one thing—canceling a confirmed stay after digital check-in is another. I checked in digitally, verified my reservation, and received a digital room key in the Hilton app. When I arrived, I was told my reservation had been canceled, despite my email confirmation and the app showing proof. I then spent over an hour on the phone with Hilton customer support while standing at the property. Hilton support indicated there was still availability (including a room tonight and more rooms starting tomorrow). However, the on-site manager, Ashleigh, insisted there were no rooms available. Even after multiple conversations, the property staff and Hilton support continued contradicting each other, and I was treated as if this was not their problem to solve. I was in the Maitland area for work and a holiday event this weekend, and losing a 4-night reservation last-minute was extremely disruptive. This wasn’t just an inconvenience—it was a failure in communication, professionalism, and c

I recently checked out of a Hilton hotel and had to take my time to write a review. If I could, I would leave a zero-star rating. I arrived at the hotel almost five in the evening, but the front desk informed me that they didn’t have a room ready for me. I assumed that within fifteen minutes, I could get my room. However, the front desk refused to provide me with a time frame for when the room would be ready. I asked them repeatedly how long the wait would be, but they kept saying that they didn’t have a time frame. As a result, I was charged for a full night’s stay, even though I didn’t get my room until after eleven in the evening. I was also charged for a room that was not ready. I was upset and frustrated, but the front desk refused to do anything about it. They simply told me that they could order me new sheets, as if that would make up for the inconvenience. To make matters worse, when I finally got my room, I noticed that the beddings were dirty and covered in dirt. It was disgusting that they would make a bed and then leave used, dirty sheets for the next guest. I called the front desk to complain, but they were completely unempathetic and refused to do anything about the situation. They even got upset when I complained. I should be the one upset, not the front desk. I will definitely stop staying at Hilton hotels. They have lost the five stars that they once had.

I hate being negative about a hotel but this one blew my mind. From day one, we saw mold on our comforter and was disgusted not only from that but from the sense of urgency when we call the front desk. They didn’t even send a new comforter. Just two blankets. Next day, we thought we would get new sheets but all they did is drop off new ones without changing the old ones. Next problem was the hot water in the building. It was freezing the few days I was there and the hot water in the building was pathetic. Didn’t get hot until literally the last night. Even the hot tub was ice cold. I called and walked to front desk about it and nothing changed. This hotel looked nice when we booked but it’s just a wolf in sheep’s clothing I guess. Very bad experience but the only good thing out of this was Lilian from the coffee shop. She was kind and friendly and a very hard worker as she held it down during the busy rush. Give her recognition because she’s the reason that hotel gets 2 stars.
