    Annoying experience. I was here with my friend for a soccer tournament but we weren’t staying with our team. Our game was at 2pm on checkout day and they wouldn’t let us do a late check out because we were “part of a team” even though none of our team was at our hotel. They made us leave at 11am and basically just sat in the car until our game. This guy was the same rude guy on our first night. We asked him if we could change rooms and he didn’t ask why and just said no. Then he said “I need to clock out because I’m 10 minutes after my shift ends” right in front of us. Only positive is outside pool, clean room, breakfast downstairs, and the Cancun restaurant across the road.

    Upon walking in I said hello, no greeting from bald man (bald spot, tall man, black hair) Common courtesy for a guest to be greeted. He is not rude, he is just not someone friendly or bubbly enough for front desk. There was an older black woman who was there last time I stayed: professional, pleasant. Her name was either Dora or Doris, but she knows how to do it properly. She says hello upon entry unless she's with a guest. Very delightful!! The various things in my room are not quiet. Everything has a LOUD HUMM from the AC to the vent in the bathroom. Vent in the bathroom switch doesn't work. Even if master switch is down and both switches down NOPE!! Vent just stays on. Very Loud!! AC is LOUD!! You must be really tired to sleep through it. I DO NOT like white noise or whatever it's called. Pros: Comfortable bed, TV is decent size about 55-60 inches I believe. TV has streaming so you can watch Netflix, YouTube etc. Very nice setup of the room. Very spacious. Management should take time to see what works in each room and what doesn't. Switches,air etc. It shouldn't be after a guest complains. I think there is room for improvement.

    I like Hampton Inns generally. They are consistently clean and tend to be quiet. In this particular case the experience was as expected.

    Very clean, nice place, above average breakfast, kind employees, in a good location! The only thing I didnt liked was that I was charged $ 129 through Expedia but when I wanted to stay an extra day, I was charged $ 146 paying direct to the hotel.
