  Very Beautiful hotel with a moderate size indoor swimming pool with a jacuzzi (that was a little too hot for my family and I). They also have super comfy and plushy beds and pillows, we slept very well, ... So much so, that morning time, we ended up having to call the front desk to request a late checkout, cause of sleeping right through my alarms! Lol

  Where do I even begin?! This was the PERFECT hotel to host our wedding block! From the beginning and first inquiry, the communication was impeccable, setting up our wedding block. We had so many requests throughout the year of planning and the whole team was fantastic at helping us every step of the way. But the: we get to wedding weekend and you hope that the amazing customer service continues: and it EXCEEDED all expectations. When I emailed needing early check in for certain guests, staff help for helping my dad to carry items, Lina and team graciously helped so much. And the location? It’s in such a beautiful area, next to a wonderful lake/pond. The atrium of the hotel is even more stunning in person. The fact that all of the rooms are suites and have a living room with a door that separates the actual room, made sleeping so easy and it was so quiet. The rooms were beautiful furnished, there was an Omaha Steakhouse which made dinner when arriving an ease (food was phenomenal!), and they have a great convenience store where you can buy items like you may have forgotten. The free breakfast is another amazing plus and the quality was AMAZING. The omelette station as everyone says is a must to try. A huge thank you to everyone who helped us: Bruce, Ronda, Lina, Daniel and the whole team all helped SO much with all our questions and needs.

  The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable, however it was a little dated and needed refreshing. Our room was a bit musty. The staff was outstanding and very accommodating and helpful. Happy hour was great and the breakfast was wonderful! The location was excellent and having a lovely park right outside the door made it a perfect spot to be in.

  The staff here have been so friendly and kind, willing to go that extra mile to serve and make things feel comfortable and convenient. The location is beautiful with a lake and an easy walkway around it and fun restaurants and convenience stores nearby. I always love the Embassy Suites indoor layout being open with beautiful plants and a warm, friendly atmosphere. It made our staff conference feel just that much more communal in the best ways; chance encounters with friends abound!

  Overall, my stay here was pretty good. The room itself was beautiful — definitely gives a four-star vibe, with the bedroom and living room separated by a hallway and a mini kitchen in between. I really liked that layout. However, there were a few things that threw the experience off. When I first checked in, there was trash left in the room, so it clearly hadn’t been fully cleaned. I also noticed a small roach, which made me a little uncomfortable. Housekeeping was very slow getting to my room when I asked for fresh towels, which added some frustration. On a positive note, breakfast was great — especially Anthony, who made the omelets. He was amazing to talk to and really brightened my morning. I’d give breakfast a solid 7 out of 10. If those small issues with cleanliness and housekeeping were improved, I would’ve gladly stayed for more nights. I’ll try again in hopes of a better experience next time.
