My partner and I visited this location foe a wedding. We were greeted by Aylssa that had great recommendations to grab a quick swimsuit for the heated pool. The hallways smelled clean and breakfast was ok. Our room was excellent! Clean spacious and the greeting on the tv was a nice touch. Highly recommended if you are in the area.

What a great experience, not just once, but twice! I stayed here 2-3 years ago with my students for a tournament, and when we had to come back this year, I knew exactly where we were going to stay! This hotel and the staff were so accommodating to a public school group, which has very specific ways we can and can not pay for hotels. The staff here bent over backwards to help us with this.
Even though we arrived before check in, Brian was able to get all of our rooms ready early so my students could get dressed for their tournament that night. He had such an amazing report, making my students laugh and feel at home. He also gave them some Halloween treats! The rest of the staff was amazing and allowed me to host a mini Halloween pizza party for my students at 9pm in the lobby, since they missed out on all Halloween festivities.
The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great (Brian hooked us up with the cinnamon roll waffle batter our second morning there, and it was a HIT!). I do wish there was more fruit available, but my teenagers were very happy with the waffles, sausages, and other goodies.
Overall, this property is a Hampton Inn gem. I wish we had this experience every time we travel!

Did not have the room type I reserved and paid for on Expedia. “Front desk supervisor” was incredibly rude and confrontational about it. Not only did he not make an effort to make it right but even Told me, “You used a third party. I don’t have to give you the room you paid for. I don’t have to give you a refund for the difference in price. You can go to another hotel if you want.” I’ll be avoiding this place in the future.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed at in my life. First, they came to my room for cleaning, knocked on the door, and I opened it and told them to come back in an hour. Then, less than two minutes later, they entered my room without permission. If my boyfriend hadn't screamed, I don't know what they would have tried to do inside. I absolutely do not recommend staying at this hotel.I say you are simply disrespectful to this establishment, which did not take into account that I answered the door exactly two minutes ago when someone knocked and that I was talking on the phone in the lobby the moment another person entered. And I would like to say that I will email Hilton customer service with these responses and report their disrespectful attitude. Additionally, I will close my Hilton account and will never choose Hilton again while Marriott is available.
