Welcome to our Homewood Suites by Hilton Wilmington Downtown. We're located in the middle of the growing Wilmington Riverfront on the beautiful Christina River. Philadelphia is 30 minutes north, and world-class dining and entertainment is steps away. Within minutes of our door, you’ll find more than half of the nation's Fortune 500 companies. We're also ideally located for regional travel, whether from the Amtrak hub just down the road, or from one of three conveniently located airports in the region. We offer paid onsite self-parking for guests.

- DDDon Dwyer1 day ago5.0This is a three star rated hotel but I think it’s only because the rooms are not super fancy. But my room was in outstanding condition and it was pristine clean. The shower had lots of pressure and plenty of hot water. There’s a big screen TV and it had my name on it welcoming me to the hotel. This is a suite so it has a refrigerator and freezer a dishwasher a cooktop And a microwave plus it had enough utensils for you to make and enjoy your own meals. Hardwood floors it’s really nice. And it has a huge picture window that looks out on the Riverwalk and on the river, which is a spectacular view. Breakfast was a buffet style, but it was very well done and the seating was in a picturesque dining area. In addition to regular breakfast food, they also offered a taco bar which I thought was a nice addition. The staff was very good and very friendly. Everything worked, everything was really nice. This is a nice hotel and it doesn’t deserve three stars. It deserves much more than that. It’s also located in a very picturesque area and it’s certainly nice to walk around outside if you have the time. I would definitely stay here again without a moments hesitation. Highly recommended.

The rooms are DIRTY. Floors are sticky and visibly dirty, mysterious substances on the counters, and splatters on the doors. This location needs a major housekeeping overhaul. I'm also not sure why there is a charge for parking when I've stayed right next door at the Hyatt and parking was free.

The bed is better than most places I've stayed at which is nice. The only issue I have is charging for parking. We are already paying to stay at the hotel and now you want to charge $13/a day for parking? Thats just greedy and downright disgusting.
