What a lovely, relaxing overnight stay (Nov 2025), at the Homewood Suites by Hilton Brandywine Valley-Wilmington.
Comfortable living/sleep areas, and a delicious breakfast! Thank you for the luxury of coffee-sipping out of a actual (ceramic) mug at your beautiful fireplace! All hotel staff were very friendly and accomodating. I was almost deterred by the cost, but realize it was a good value. Would come again, & definately recommend staying here.

We stayed here for 5 nights and really enjoyed it. The room was nice, spacious, and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the room quiet so we got some great sleep. They offered breakfast every morning with eggs, meats, potatoes, bagels, muffins, scones, breads, cereal, oatmeal — so a lot to choose from. Mon-Thur from 5-7pm they had food out, enough we frequently just ate that vs going out to dinner. They offered lemonade, water, and sweet tea with the evening spread. I was surprised they had sweet tea vs unsweetened, so only option without a lot of sugar was water. They staff was all very friendly and helpful. The only real negative is that a small item was missing after the room was cleaned, whether it was taken or ended up discarded I’m not sure. I waited to post this until I got home and unpacked to make sure it wasn’t being overlooked. It is gone. I used it the night before the room was cleaned, so I know I had it there. Other than that, our stay was great. The parking area was well lit and felt very safe.
One thing I should’ve reported but didn’t was that the room safe was out of order. It kept giving the message SER which I assume means service.
The shampoo and conditioner was fabulous and they always had beautiful fresh flowers in the lobby.

My boy friend and I came from Seattle to visit family. I just have to say. We have stayed in many many hotels and many Hiltons. This place is AMAZING! By far exceeding all expectations. I just want to say the STAFF is Spectacular! They all deserve a big raise! Wonderful, pleasant and extremely curious.
The facility was clean and very organized. I went to get coffee in the dining area and the hostess, Diamond, introduced herself and the other kitchen staff! Never have I ever had that type of experience from any hotel staff ever! Many thanks to the Staff of the Hilton Homesuites in Brandy Wine Wilmington Delaware! See you next time...😉
