Ideally situated in the heart of downtown Wilmington's legal and financial districts, DoubleTree Hotel Downtown Wilmington - Legal District is just one block from the Federal Courthouse and Delaware State Superior Courthouse. We are a full-service hotel with easy access to I-95, midway between Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) and Baltimore Washington International Airport (BWI), and five blocks from the Wilmington Amtrak Station (WIL).
Major corporations headquartered near the hotel include Met Life, Bank of America, DuPont, JPMorgan Chase, Capital One, Astra Zeneca, Amtrak, Barclays, Ernst & Young, AI DuPont/Nemours, Children's Hospital, Wilmington Hospital, AAA Mid Atlantic and Accenture.

The Chase Center is less than two miles from the hotel. Located next to the Federal and State courthouses, the hotel also features two fully operable Litigation Centers in addition to one of Delaware's largest Grand Ballrooms.

- APAruna PatelDec 12, 20252.0This is easily the dustiest hotel I've ever stayed at - my room is dingy, smells stale and maybe like cigarettes? unsure. It's also kinda outdated and the bathroom looks like it's in need of repair - has all kinds of exposed pipes and the wall paper is peeling off the wall. Only stayed one night but would have stayed less if I could have. Just not a great place to stay for now, maybe when they improve it'll be better. The restaurant is just breakfast from what I can see.

Their computer system was down and it took us about 25 minutes to check in. The friend desk person was lovely and tried very hard to keep us patient but it took awhile and we were late to a dinner. Didn't seem to be in a walkable location to any resturants etc.

I’ve been here for 1 month it’s overpriced once a day, the hot water turns off they always have excuses. Do not recommend this hotel I’ve been there plenty of these Doubletree and they were excellent. There’s one down the road is way much better.

Our room smelled of cigarettes ( the staff did attempt to help us with that) that was about the only good part about the hotel was the staff was very helpful. Disappointed this was a Hilton hotel

Now I understand that the DND sign helps keep room service at bay but I forgot to put it up and this lady has knocked on my door and woke me out of my sleep every hour starting since like 9am this morning. That is not a good feeling being jolted out of your sleep by taps making me believe I have overslept pass my checkout time. This gives me the feeling like I am being rushed to check out.
