Maintenance man was extremely nice and helpful and friendly. If my son attends University of Delaware this will the hotel we stay. Breakfast crew also friendly and helpful. I’m blown away at the level of service and how all employees appear to like their jobs and customers. What a refreshing 2 night stay! You all deserve a round of applause.

- LJLisa JohnsonOct 26, 20253.0This hotel is showing its age. Couches in the lobby had water stains, and when we removed the cushions to pull out the sofa bed we saw they were stained underneath too. Regular beds were comfortable and room was clean. Breakfast was pretty terrible and understaffed for a sold-out weekend. Best part of the hotel is the location with its proximity to the U-Del stadium- we were able to walk there with ease.

- KBKeenan BrywczynskiOct 22, 20251.0Honestly could ignore the fact that my tv turns off every 15 minutes no matter what I’m watching and I requested help 3 different times and did not get any help. I could also ignore the fact that my garbage disposal is broken and stinking up the place. Even the fact that I requested linen and the lady told me to just take the privacy tag off my door so she could do it instead but I don’t feel comfortable with strangers making my bed and tried to make that very clear but still haven’t received any linen. But I honestly can’t ignore the black mold I found in my bathroom that has now made me sick as a dog, the hotel is all booked and i have to stay in here till morning for it to be resolved and if it’s booked I don’t expect to change rooms anytime soon hopefully some sort of reimbursement idk but I’m honestly kind of disgusted… worst hotel experience I’ve had in my life.
