This was my first time staying at this hotel, and unfortunately it did not meet expectations. The room itself was decent but very small, and the bathroom was extremely small, especially considering I paid extra for a King Superior room. I expected more space and comfort for the price point and room category. Overall, the property feels outdated and in need of renovation. I am a Hilton Gold member, but that status didn’t seem to provide much value here. I was still charged a fee for early check-in, which was disappointing given my loyalty status. I work at a nearby bank, so this location would have been convenient. The parking lot was nearly empty on a Sunday afternoon, which made the early check-in fee even more puzzling. Additionally, one of the elevators was out of service, requiring a long walk around the building to find another working elevator. Based on this experience, I do not recommend this property. I will be trying other nearby hotels to compare, as my future stays in the area will be frequent.

HVAC is LOUD. TVs had issues the first week my company was there. Neither of which will be resolved. Rooms are clean and quiet. Breakfast buffet is okay but it’s not worth $20. The servers m-f in the buffet area are wonderful, though. Get the omelette station! Best part. Never really had great food at the hotel restaurant. Hit or miss. Better service at the bar. Gym is small and doesn’t have many options. Concierge service was wonderful and prompt. Careful, you have to pay for a parking pass. Oh and we saw hookers multiple nights. Hotel clearly doesn’t care. Close to highways and the mall. Plenty of food options nearby.

The Hilton Wilmington/Christiana is conveniently located right off the freeway, making it an easy choice for a quick stopover. At $127/night, it was a fair value for the accommodations. 🛏️ The Room was clean and quiet. 🏋️ Amenities: The hotel features a functional, medium-sized gym. Ample parking is available ($10 nightly fee). The front desk was efficient (appreciated for a late arrival), though the interactions were a bit short and curt. Overall, a solid choice for a business stopover. Clean, safe, and quiet room for a fair price.

Let me start off with saying I had a wonderful stay for my wife’s bday and the assist mgr in duty was very accommodating and spirited. Upon my arrival I was made aware that I could no longer use my $100 gift card that was given to me by a business associate. Even though I called to verify the gift card usage prior to my arrival. The assistant mgr free drinks at the bar and a free breakfast coupon to help smooth things over which was much appreciated. He then gave me the number to call back and voice my concerns with the Hotel Mgr When calling back into the Hotel I spoke with the Office mgr NOT the Hotel mgr and she kept repeating how wrong I was and how right they are. I just wanted to be heard and she was very disrespectful, dismissive and demeaning. I never once asked for anything other than to be heard and she kept saying that gift card must have been more than 5+ yrs old. I was very taken back by her stating a fake Delaware law saying any gift card I. The entire state of Delaware is invalid after 5 yrs it becomes lost property. I just wanted to be heard and she was clearly NOT I the listening mode and spoke to me as if I was one of her children or employees and that is not how one should conduct business with a CUSTOMER. If she could help me by listening she should have said the Hotel Mgr is out and I’ll have him call you upon his return instead of talking down to me and treating me as if I didn’t matter. Shame on her Side note everyone else in the Hotel treated us great and said happy birthday to my wife upon arrival. If the Hotel mgr reaches out to me I will gladly update or take down this post or whatever is agreed upon. If not it stay and I be done with staying at any Hilton moving forward

I didn't book a room. Our company Christmas party was there. Everything was nice. The food was good. I had chicken with bruschetta on top. It also came with green beans and red skin potatoes. Everything was tasty, though when serving that amount of people, it's hard to keep everything hot. Dessert was amazing. One of, if not the best cheesecakes I have ever eaten. Perfect consistency. Not dense, like cheesecake can often be. With a raspberry sauce... Was not disappointed in the least.
