The hotel location is immediately opposite a hotel building that is currently (as of Sept 2025) boarded up due to significant fire damage but seems to be occupied. The surrounding area immediately to the parking lot appears to be run down. We did not feel totally safe. The folks at the front desk appear to lack customer service experience. We did not feel welcomed! The rooms were not cleaned during our stay. We did see paint peeling off the doors and in the hallway. The caulking around the bathtub appeared to be applied on top of the old caulking with mold. I have never been so disappointed! I would not stay here for many other reasons other than what I have stated above. I would also not recommend this hotel to anybody! Thank you.

Oct 2025 Stay
Disappointed in this location’s lack of customer service. I used the app to select my room and check-in prior to my stay. When I arrived, my digital key was not active. I inquired at the front desk. The woman said without looking at me “how does he know his room number? There's someone else in that room.” She still hadn’t said anything to me directly (or made eye contact). She typed, activated 2 room keys, and handed me the cards in a packet. No, I’m sorry that room was reassigned, here are your new room keys and you new room number is…NOTHING was said to me!
Did not recognize my status. Did not offer water. Nothing
When I got to my room the TV was not connected to the sites direct tv. I called the front desk to inquire about the TV. They said they don’t know anything about the cable service. I asked if anyone else knew, they said no. No concern, no compassion…
NOT friendly at all, NOT what I expect from Hilton staff
Questionable area. Hotel to the north and east of Hilton parking lot are shuttered.
