This was a security concern and against hotel policy on top of that, so I went back downstairs and called him out on it. I was going to let it go after that, but then a couple of days later I find out he asked someone else in our party if I was “bipolar” because I called him out. That’s absolutely NOT okay. I do not recommend this Hampton location if you value your security or being respected. ETA: my last name on here is different than what was on my reservation, in case management is going to try to look it up. I’m happy to call and discuss my concerns if needed.

We were traveling north after a long day on the road, and their kindness and professionalism truly made a difference. Sunshine went above and beyond to help us. You can tell she genuinely cares about people — she treated us with warmth, respect, and real compassion. Her patience and dedication made us feel welcomed and valued from the moment we walked in. I also want to recognize the Housekeeping Manager. Even though I don’t know his name, he was awesome. His attention to detail, his friendly attitude, and the way he made sure everything was clean and perfect showed true pride in his work. This hotel is absolutely outstanding — not just because of the beautiful building, but because of amazing staff members like Sunshine and the Housekeeping Manager. Their commitment to excellence made our stay smooth, comfortable, and memorable. Thank you both for everything. You are truly appreciated ❤️
