We were traveling north after a long day on the road, and their kindness and professionalism truly made a difference. Sunshine went above and beyond to help us. You can tell she genuinely cares about people — she treated us with warmth, respect, and real compassion. Her patience and dedication made us feel welcomed and valued from the moment we walked in. I also want to recognize the Housekeeping Manager. Even though I don’t know his name, he was awesome. His attention to detail, his friendly attitude, and the way he made sure everything was clean and perfect showed true pride in his work. This hotel is absolutely outstanding — not just because of the beautiful building, but because of amazing staff members like Sunshine and the Housekeeping Manager. Their commitment to excellence made our stay smooth, comfortable, and memorable. Thank you both for everything. You are truly appreciated ❤️

Except for the night front desk lady. She was very rude and seemed annoyed to do the job she was being paid to do. I had a situation where I got locked out of my room and I was staying with family so my name wasn't on the room reservation and I was the only one at the hotel. The lady at the desk just laughed at me, and when I was trying to come up with solutions she literally just laughed in my face and said "you can do that but it won't do you any good" genuinely just being rude for no reason. I got it sorted out but she should not be working with customers with such a poor attitude. The pool section was nice and I enjoyed the hot tub very much. The breakfast was pretty sub par. The waffles were good and so were the pastries the provided. But the breakfast meats, potatoes, and eggs were all gross. The eggs came straight out of a plastic bag and the meats were just sitting in a pool of water soaking.

Within a day or two or sending the link, our guests were letting us know the Hampton Inn only had Friday Night in the "block". This wasn't just a $20 difference, it also meant you had to make 2 separate reservations. We reported this to the Hotel manager who said it would be fixed immediately. We continued to get notifications from our wedding guests that only Friday was in the block and asking what to do. I wish I had responded to stay anywhere else but there. We reported this problem still existed to Hampton Inn repeatedly. The results of our reports ranged from promises to fix it, to just not returning our calls anymore. The last date to use this reservation block was today. It was never fixed.

The room we had was very clean and nice king bed and big room to walk around and tv was a place The bonus we had no wait to check into the Hampton inn Middletown Delaware and we got our cards lock keys straight up to our room and downstairs to swim and used the hot tub. I would love to give them a six stars review. Bonus they had work out room too. Plus if your a Hampton inn member you can get points add . Free wifi. Nice coffee bar and tea be downstairs all day and night for free. In your rooms fridge and coffee pot and ice bucket for ice. Large shampoo and conditioner and body wash provide for your stay. I would bring soda or cooler for longer stay to save money for shopping. Closer to Middletown shopping centers like HomeGoods or Walmart Lots of restaurants around too. Park on level road for adults and kids and smaller dog park too. Great manger's on at night. May have ask for extra towels for pools . They go quick
