I originally gave a 1 star review because there wasn’t a microwave in the room…. Well, they must have read the review because I came back to my room today and there was literally a brand new microwave sitting on the desk for me! I couldn’t help but to laugh 😅
Honestly, that’s gotta be some of the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. 5 stars well earned!!

Not the best Hampton Inn by far. No service at all. Rooms were clean but sink was literally on a slope off wall and thought it was going to fall off. Paint splatter on floor. Wouldn't stay again.

Bathtub faucet dripped all night, in fact appears to have worn away the bathtub glaze in that spot. Listening to it all night was like counting clusters of 8 sheep tapping, then pausing, then tapping again. It helped me fall asleep. It also woke me up. And then served as a reminder, a point of orientation, to where I was.
The droning hotel wall ac unit did drown it out. But thankfully this particular wall unit had a button to stop the constant circulating fan white noise. So I chose to silence the fan, not cover up the drip. Pick your preference.
Otherwise, hotel is serviceable enough and well located right off rt.1, chosen as it is super close to everyone's favorite, the Pearson testing center. Room is comfy. Furniture looks good but is getting worn from likely high traffic this (scuffed or possibly old leaky site under mini fridge). No musty odor noted.
Outdoor pool. Coffee and flavored creamers appear to be available 24/7. Breakfast of some type is included. Fish tank at checkin desk!
Maybe counting tapping sheep all night will help my test results, we'll see...🐑🐑🐑
