Stayed here for a conference this week. The location is good and the conference food was surprisingly good, so my experience wasn’t all bad. But the walls in my room were paper-thin, and I was woken up twice last night by people having a normal-volume conversation next door. I am not a light sleeper, I was wearing earplugs, and they were not yelling, and yet I could actually make out some of what they were saying, like I was in the room with them. Not great for them - there goes any privacy - and I woke up tired and frustrated. And then this morning I was charged $1 (cash only!) to store my bags at the front desk, which I’ve never experienced at any other hotel. Didn’t leave with a great feeling.

My review would be two stars but for the plaque memorializing the location where President Regan was shot. The hotel is a brutalist mammoth catering to conference goers and airline personnel. No room service, no free wifi, no vanity kit, no slippers, no spoon or stirrer to mix sugar into your coffee. A $10 Keurig machine in the room. There is a convenience store in the lobby where a soda and a small bag of chips will each set you back five dollars. It's severely overpriced. The one thing that the property does have is an outdated ventilation system. Every time the heat comes on, a furnace built into the wall emits the sound of a tractor trailer engine. It woke me up at least twice last night. Two stars go to cleanliness and courteous and helpful staff. Otherwise, a subpar experience.

This historic hotel is meh. It isn't bad. The rooms are clean, the staff is pleasant. The location is safe and it's a quick walk to a lot of good food. But if you want to actually sleep in these tiny rooms, good luck. Every noise echoes down the labyrinthian halls and people come through those halls all hours of the day and night. You can hear everything and I mean everything in the rooms next to you. I can handle the dainty accommodations but I always leave more sleep deprived then when I checked in.

Room was fine, someone left a mini fridge in front of my door. Random but just stepped over to leave.
The reason its a one star is the price for parking. I payed at the front desk for it and was give a 3rd room key and told to use it to get out of the parking lot when I left. It didn't do anything when I was trying to leave. So, I paid for parking twice. I think it's bad business to charge people to stay at your hotel then turn around and change them to park at that hotel. Include the parking in the room fee and be done. "But then we won't be competitive". If people know parking is included the extra 40 for a room each night won't matter.

Diamond Hilton member here. In general, this hotel is like going back to 1995… Room assigned was very far from elevators going through very long hallways. Room had no luggage racks, not enough clothes hangers and no shower bathing gel. The good news is that They do care; Ms Maryalice proactively sent a text asking “how’s everything” and fixed it all; even offered to switch room. Hopefully next time will do it right from the beginning… The overall team here at restaurants and specially at Front Desk is fantastic, specially Ms Yoselin Solorza. HOWEVER, the HOUSEKEEPING TEAM SUCKS; to add insult to above injury they did not serviced our room one day. Thanks to the Front desk Team for Caring though !!
