I will stay again for sure at Homewood Suites in Manhattan. I absolutly recomend for families, couples and busisness travelers. Hope come back soon to Manhattan.

When I arrived on the first day, there was barely any toilet paper left, and housekeeping expected me to replace it myself. There was no shampoo in the dispenser at all. They claim to have a policy of cleaning once every two days, but even then, they did not refill the shampoo bottle or provide a single bar of soap. I have never experienced such poor service in my life

Great location close to anything you may want to visit and the shuttle was a lot of help. We have already booked our next stay here for March 2026.
- KKKaidenDec 7, 20255.0Price for value was exactly as expected. The room is clean and if you can comfortably walk half a mile, it's conveniently located for Union Market and public transport. You can pay for garage parking, but we did not have a car. Coffee in the lobby was fine, free breakfast was fine. Eggs, ham, white bread, bagels, juice. No waffles/pancakes, etc. but it's free. The shuttle service is first-come first-served by request and convenient! Only downside is people in the halls can be quite loud/disruptive at night. Would stay here again.
