- KPKP PDec 21, 20253.0They have a nice sitting area on the 2nd floor but only available until 7. The hot breakfast wasn’t great. The French toast sticks were hard like toast. The potatoes were dry and hard as if they had been reheated. They did have the typical pastries, bagels, great variety of cereal and juice(orange and cranberry). Coffee snd tea. But staff was very friendly. We lost a purse and unfortunately it wasn’t located.

The service was okay. It isn’t the Ritz Carlton, but the service could have been better. Staff is friendly but lacks the ability to anticipate your needs or sweeten your experience. My room was mostly nice but you can see some damage that needed to be fixed. A hole in the wall. Sink not mounted flush to the wall. No water in the room. Gym was kind of outdated. Peloton didn’t work. Definite room to do better!
