The check-in time was also delayed. While the room was comfortable and fit for purpose, the reception from the staff was not.

Valet is almost mandatory since rhey dont have any parking and its RIDICULOUSLY EXPENSIVE. 60 dollars just to park for one night. The rooms were also dirty. The toilet had pee on it and the towels had hair. Do not under any circumstances go here. Go somewhere else

The bathroom ceiling in my room began leaking and eventually fell in, causing water to pour into the bathroom. My cat was inside at the time and was splashed, which caused ongoing stress for the remainder of our stay. The in-room phone did not work, making it difficult to contact the front desk. We were forced to move rooms mid-stay due to the ceiling collapse, which was extremely inconvenient while traveling with a pet and on a tight schedule. Management stated they would call to follow up, but no one ever did. This experience fell well below the standard I expect from a Hilton property.

In the heart of Washington, directly across from the Mc Pherson Metro station( orange and blue lines). The staff definitely put "H" in Hilton and Hospitality. Anthony, Miles, Layla, Dannie, James, and Michelle. Understand the leadership of Ms. Stella and Mr. George. They represent the brand's standard. Conrad Hilton's vision is realized with at this property. Thank you for everything.
