This was a wonderful place to stay for a week's vacation in DC. Thao checked us in and was very personable, even texting us to see how our trip was going and to say goodbye and safe travels on our last day. Sadly, the government shutdown altered our sightseeing plans. However, the concierge Franco assisted us with information about tours and the nearest Metro stations. We really enjoyed the guided tour he arranged for us. Navigating the Metro was fairly simple and Metro personnel were very helpful. We went out sightseeing every day. We felt very safe throughout our stay. The complementary breakfast buffet, including a made-to-order omelet station, was excellent. And the nightly happy hour snacks and drinks were also a nice feature. The District restaurant was quite good and our server Mahlet could not have been nicer or more helpful. We did not have a chance to use the pool or spa but will be prepared next time. The fruit-infused water and occasional cookies outside the District Club's office was also a nice touch. I would highly recommend The District, a Hilton Club.

The impression upon entry sets you up for grandeur. I was less impressed with the room we ended up with. It was clean and sufficient but I felt the room didnt reach the stature expected from a Hilton Hotel. Our rooms looked directly into other rooms and both the windows had a whitish film on the glass preventing clear viewing. Our mini fridge was leaking as well. Im sure this isnt the case for all Hilton hotels but I probably wouldnt return to this particular one. The costs/ exterior looks are representative of the area. "Presidential".

Great hotel (on the top floors of Embassy Suites). A little tricky with the address on Google maps. But a super location for both Georgetown and downtown.

Solid 4-star classic Hilton establishment. Cost is a bit excessive, especially the parking which is outrageous at $60 per night. However, the staff are the shining stars of this hotel, along with probably one of the best hotel complementary breakfasts you'll find. Made for a great start to some very hectic days. It really was nice to get back to this hotel every night and from which to start another day.

“Exceptional Stay at Embassy Suites Hilton Beautiful, Clean, and Outstanding Service”⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (If I could give 20 stars, I would!) My stay at the Embassy Suites Hilton in Washington, D.C. Babyyyyy, this hotel was top notch! From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. First off, the entrance alone set the tone absolutely beautiful. The moment we stepped out of the car, we were greeted by an amazing staff member, an older gentleman whose name I didn’t catch, but he was so kind and helpful. He showed us exactly where to park and even gave us directions for getting back on the road after our trip. At the front desk, I was welcomed by Cara, who I’d already been chatting with before my arrival. She was so sweet, accommodating, and professional. I was in town for a concert with friends, and even though my room was originally on a different floor, she went out of her way to make sure I was moved to the same floor as my group that kind of customer service is everything! Now let’s talk amenities as she checked me in, Cara told me about the complimentary happy hour (yes, two free drinks from 5:30–7:00 PM!) and a $25 credit for the store or restaurant. The aesthetics of the hotel were chef’s kiss the stylish bar area, plenty of seating, the beautiful pool, and the stunning indoor fountain waterfall that added such a relaxing, upscale vibe. When I got to my room, I was so excited. I was upgraded to a Diplomat King Suite, and it was beautiful! The room smelled fresh and clean, and seeing my name pop up on the TV was such a nice touch it’s the little things for me. The suite had a separate living and dining area, a microwave, fridge, and even a sink. There was also a sleeper sofa in the living room I didn’t need it since I was staying solo, but it’s great to know it’s there for families or groups. The bathroom was spotless and fully stocked, and the bedroom was spacious, clean, and comfortable with a huge King bed, a large mirror, and a lovely view. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had such a good night’s sleep. Now, breakfast the spread was delicious! They had scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, bagels, and more. The coffee wasn’t my favorite, but everything else was fresh and well-prepared. I would’ve loved to see turkey bacon or sausage as an option, but overall, it was satisfying. Plus, they had a made-to-order station where you can customize omelets and more I loved that feature! Every staff member I encountered was friendly, courteous, and attentive. The service was consistent from check-in to checkout, and it truly made a difference. Oh, and did I mention this was my first time in D.C.? This hotel made my first visit unforgettable. I’m definitely coming back to the Embassy Suites Hilton on my next trip to Washington, D.C. hands down the perfect hotel for this experience! 🌟
