Rachel the bartender was the best part of our trip. She is so customer driven. I saw her take care of 4 people at the same time. She made my visit the best part of it.

Don’t let the name fool you, this is the Embassy Suites. The top 3 floors are called The District but the rooms are exactly the same. Same elevators, same breakfast area and same bar as Embassy guest - nothing special. No level of upgrade at all unless you own there under HGV, which gives you access to the owners lounge. There is however a special check in area in the 8th floor, which ends up being inconvenient and fragmented with luggage and parking. The top 3 floors have different carpet and different temp lighting to make it look upscale. Rooms have an extra level of fit and finish, but same floor plan.
Free Breakfast and complimentary drinks/snacks were included for everyone, and in the same area as Embassy guests. Lines for breakfast and complimentary food/drink for happy hour were very long. There was again no special area or perk for being Hilton Club or HGV owners. Overall no benefit of using club points or nights for staying at an Embassy - keep them and use your Honors points.
Disappointing as level of service wasn’t same as other HGV properties.

Pretty hotel, well located. Staff is friendly but scarce.
However don’t count on the included breakfast if you don’t get there before 9am. They stop filling the buffet around 9:15-9:30 although it’s open technically until 10am. There was never enough food for all the guests and the lineup for the omelettes is approximately 30 min long.
I also complained about the amount of chlorine in the pool. It was cloudy and my eyes were itchy even if i stayed out of the water. Kids eyes were burning.
The situation did not change throughout our stay.

Good location, nice rooms, nice staff. Pool is a major disappointment. Parking is a huge rip off. No onsite true restaurant is annoying. Its just open seating and a bar, and you have to order food from the bar. Chef Geoff's just down the street is fantastic for dinner. Hotel looks incredible upon entrance, but is underwhelming. Nice rooms though.
