I’m giving this place two stars because we got moved three times in one day. The first room we got had mold in the bathroom ceiling and we got keys to go to the room right below it. The second room, water handle was broke, and the water would not turn on unless you pushed the handle in. When it was on, it would not turn off. The handle just kept spinning. We called maintenance and they never came back within a good time frame so my friend and I left to go to a concert (we were in town to see Chris Brown and left because we didn’t want to be late for show). We came back to our hotel room door open! We made sure to close the door when we left and assume maintenance came back in because there was a large footprint on our white towel in the bathroom and a footprint by the front door (PS the front desk manager did confirm that one of her maintenance men did in fact go into our room. He was on camera and didn’t close our door back. She said she would talk to him about this for future reference reference). The water handle still wasn’t fixed, but someone was definitely in our room and left our door open. We mad sure our belongings weren’t touched and complained to the front desk. They moved us again, this time to another room at the hotel across the lot/side of the building. Just a big inconvenience and just wanted to share our experience in case somebody wanted to know about their safety. We booked our tickets through a a third party site so I wasn’t able to get our money back. I decided to leave a review instead since we were not able to get a refund.

Great experience in every category, except breakfast. Don't bother, just walk around the corner to lots of local restaurants.

The room next to us was having a huge, pot filled party from 11pm to 8am. I got up at 3am to call the desk and the dial buttons on the phone had been ripped off. I thought about going to that room to complain but with the way the world is today, you might get attacked!

Great Hotel for a Great Price. Shuttle to and from Union Station. Very friendly/accommodating staff. Maria went above and beyond for us. We came in from Amtrak and I realized that I had forgotten my ID in my car back home. I was able to check in with a photo of it. Beautiful Hotel with very nice, clean rooms. Pretty quiet too since our room was facing the street. I only heard a few sounds throughout the night in the room. Beds were comfy. Plenty of outlets in the room. Elevator is super fast! Free Breakfast was AWESOME. Fresh cut fruit, pastries, waffles, juices, eggs (scrambled AND hard boiled), potatoes O'Brien, oatmeal, etc. The breakfast spread alone was worth the price. My only complaint is the pool is under renovation and the verandas they show in the hotel pics are off limits. They also have baggage holding even after you check out so you can go visit places without your luggage. They also let us hang out in the lobby until we can go to Amtrak at 3 pm. Again above and beyond on accomodations. If you like pizza and the like I would highly suggest NY Pizza Grill. Delicious.
