- JWJohn Wagner1 day ago1.0Update: I've been reached out to by management and a corporate team. Thank you. I've responded back. Will update here shortly. Good location with unresponsive service. Desk staff was unavailable at night, and the day time team was present but entirely unresponsive. I was surprised at the level of inflexibility of their team to bring food to my sick daughter in her room. I wasn't asking much and so made a complaint and Anthony (their Operations Manager) and he said, "here is Hilton's number, but we aren't actually owned by them so it won't matter." He said they were owned by a separate investment group and that it wouldn't work. He's probably right so I'll leave my review here and let it be.
