    The toilet seat wouldn't stay up and many power outlets as well as USB chargers in the center console weren't working. They also couldn't get it fixed within the two nights that we stayed Breakfast was served with paper plates and plastic cutleries

    El hotel es muy limpio, el personal muy atento, cuentan con una barra para café ubicada en el lobby que funciona las 24 horas, la barra de desayuno tiene mucha variedad de alimentos, lo único que no me agradó es el fuerte aroma a mari***na, ya que los pasillos apestan a ese aroma y desafortunadamente en la habitación el calefactor hace demasiado ruido que impide dormir profundamente, también se pide una tarifa en garantía de $100 USD por noche, los cuales se te regresan una vez que pasan 24 horas, fuera de todo lo malo, se recomienda el hotel

    From making the reservation, checking, during the stay up until checking out, the staff was wonderful. Water pressure in the room shower wasn't the best but overall I enjoyed my stay.

    It was a nice experience standing there with my hole family. The housekeeping could be better and could have more lights in the rooms, they are very dark. Besides of that it was everything very good and clean. Sr. ANDREW in the reception make our standing totally better. He was very nice, polite, gave us instructions about the city and provide us everything we need in the hotel. Trully a great professional.

    I come to DC often for my work in real estate and I’ve finally found my hotel for business! The customer service is top notch. The team goes out of their way to make you comfortable and everyone smiles and greets you. They actually have conversations with the guests! The rooms and neat, clean and well appointed. Ample amenity space to work and have meetings along with a bodega and breakfast in the morning. The location is excellent but the team is even better. My only regret is not remembering their names! I stayed Wed Dec 10th!
