The location is awesome, it's an easy walk-able to the DCCC. Service has been stellar! I'm only there once a year or so, but Brigtte always seems to be very helpful and mindful when I see her. She makes me feel familiar while I'm away on travel. Thanks Brigtte!

We got connecting rooms for my birthday weekend with 4 people, and it was a wonderful experience! The rooms were nice, clean, and spacious. The lobby was beautiful and we loved the restaurant and free breakfast. The location allowed us to walk to many of our attractions, or use a short uber. Will definitely stay again!

My partner and I visited this hotel as part of a Delta Vacation package. Our hotel was centrally located to where we wanted to be. I also enjoyed the Happy Hour. It was from 5pm to 6:30pm. You got 2 drinks free & snacks. My partner and I attended Happy Hour everyday we were there. Our room for 2 people was perfect. The staff with whom we dealt with was very friendly accommodating.

Upon entering the Embassy Suites one feels the kindness and warmth of the staff. I was welcomed nicely to a room that was already ready and bedding that was amazing. This is a text based hotel for rooms’ needs so if you need extra pillows like I always do - just message them and they appear like magic. Janet was an upbeat and fun staff I would see in the hallways and I loved talking with her and Tamika from Housekeeping as they are fun and do an amazing job with turning around the rooms. I can’t wait to stay here again so I can laugh with them in the halls as I run for the elevator. There is a lobby restareunt which is a world within a world and that world is none other than the Blackstone. This staff from hostess to server to bartender is fun and ready to party Brigitte took care of us each and every night and was such a kind soul. I looked forward to seeing her and then end of each of our convention days as she greeted us with a smile. Regina was amazing too - with her knowledge of wines and patience with me as I tried each of them to get the perfect pour of vino. Regina also knows the entire menu backwards and forwards and what would pair with it. She like Brigitte are a beautiful asset tho the Embassy suites brand and Blackstone. You made me feel loved and like a local - thank both of you!
