My wife, two boys and me stayed here for two nights. my younger son is 12 and he slept on the sofa bed. It was terrible. You could see the springs almost poking out of the mattress. When we asked for a replacement mattress, the front desk lady said no I don't have anyone to do that and there was no manager on duty. My son could not sleep and it was very bad. We used the sofa bed in other hotels before with no problem. There is no staff at night or management so if you have any problem no one is there to help.

Our stay was horrendous and I would stay away. First, as others have said, the whole vibe is kind of weird. Desolate building that feels very empty. But, we could get over that. We were first assigned a room that literally smelled awful. I came down and the woman at the front desk did not seem surprised and moved our room. The second room also smelled. Finally, the third room did not. My daughter then flushes the toilet (with almost nothing in it) and it almost overflows. We go down and tell them the problem--we say it's more than just needed to plunge because the toilet barely flushes. They say someone will come when we go out. Someone comes when we are gone, but the toilet then overflows when we are back. We're moved AGAIN. This time the toilet works, but the room (as were the other rooms) were dirty, dated, some really gross areas. The bedsheet has a big rip in it right where you put. your shoulders/head. I would not stay here again. No one offered any compensation for what happened.

Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had with the Hilton franchise. The hotel is clean and in a good location but the customer service is almost nonexistent. There is never anyone at the front desk or answering the phone. During my 4-day stay, I fell ill and couldn’t get out of bed. I tried to get front desk on the line for accommodations and never got an answer. I even went down to the front desk and no one was there. I paid over $800 for my stay and it was not worth it. I travel to DC often and will not be returning to this hotel again.

⭐️☆☆☆☆ I recently stayed at the Embassy Hotels at 4300 Military Road in D.C., and I had an absolutely terrible experience. My stay in Room 419 was a nightmare, as I encountered bed bugs. It was not only uncomfortable but also incredibly distressing to deal with this issue. To make matters worse, when I reported the problem to management, I received little to no assistance. They seemed indifferent to my concerns, which left me feeling ignored and frustrated. Instead of a solution, I was met with excuses and a lack of urgency in addressing the problem. The lack of cleanliness and poor management response make it clear that I will not be returning to this hotel. I would strongly advise anyone considering a stay here to look elsewhere. Your comfort and safety should come first, and it’s evident that this hotel does not prioritize either.

We just finished our stay at the Hyatt Embassy Suites in Washington, DC, and we’re ending our trip on a very pleasant note. From the moment we arrived, the staff were extremely friendly — warm greetings, genuinely pleasant interactions, and a clear effort to make sure we were happy throughout our visit. The rooms were clean, though a bit dated. Some of the plug sockets were loose, but they still worked fine. It was quiet at night, and while the beds were on the firmer side, I still slept quite well. The shower pressure was on the low side, so it took a bit longer to clean up. Breakfast was solid, and the team working there was very friendly. They’ll make you an omelet exactly the way you like it, which was a great touch. A big plus: our parking was fully validated by the hotel, so we didn’t have to pay for parking during our stay. Overall, for the price and the 4 days we spent here, it was well worth it. We’re leaving satisfied and would consider staying here again.
